Potato is important economic crop and alimentary crop in China. Nitrogen is an indispensable part of the growth process of potato nutrients, and applying nitrogen fertilizers rationally can satisfy the growth needs. In order to better understand the needs of potato seedlings in the growth process of nitrogen. The experiment mainly studies effection of different nitrogen forms on potato Kexin number 1 seedling growth. In this study, the liquid cultivation of potatoes through controlling variable, and exerting nitrogen statedly. Determine physiological and biochemical index every two weeks during the growth. Mainly determine the germination rate; ground parts’fresh weight;plant height; root activity; activity of nitrate reductase(NR);chlorophyll content; relative conductivity of blade. The obtained results showed that:Potato’s growth conditions is much better when NO3-/NH4+ equal to 50%/50% or 30%/70%. Mixed nitrogen is better than sole nitrogen. Single ammonium nitrogen easily stunt and appear pathological changes. Through this experiment can hope for further studies of potato nitrogen and actual production provide useful help.
