Alternanthera philoxeroides, an Alligator weed, belongs to the genus Alternanthera of the Amaranthaceae family. A. Philoxeroides is a perennial herb originating from Brazil, which has been widely distributed in the temperate and subtropical regions worldwide. It has already become wild species, widely spreading over the southern area of the Yellow River. A. philoxeroides has been classified as invasive weeds that is widely distributed in all continents except Antarctica, since it blocks shipping, reduces crop production, causes eutrophication, spreads parasitic diseases, and increases the cost of lawn care, etc. So many scholars carried out researchs on the its invasion mechanisms and biological control and other aspects. And few studies on its resource utilization, this study conducted research on A.philoxeroides insecticidal activity, antimicrobial activity, allelopathic effects and anaerobic methane fermentation, and to investigate as botanical pesticides and biomass energy potential, and provide a theoretical basis for resource utilization.1、The study of insecticide, antibacterial activity of A.philoxeroides extractsTo investigate the toxic activity of A.philoxeroides.It was extracted successively by petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohl. Repellency, contact po-isoning and stomach poisoning was observed on Plutella xylostella, Spodoptera litura and Myxus pericae. Growth inhibition effect was studied on Fusarium graminearum, Rhizoct-onia cerealis, Thanatephomscu eumeris, Fusarium oxysporum and Helminthosporium ma-ydis.Results:(1)each extract of A. philoxeroides has repellency effect on Plutella xylostell-a, Spodoptera litura and Myxus pericae. The effect of contact poisoning and stomach poi-soning would stronger with the extension of processing time and corrected mortality rates and concentrations were positively correlated.(2)The corrected mortality of A. philoxeroi-des extracts of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and the n-butanol layer of 4000g/L on Plutel-la xylostella had reached 70%, petroleum ether, ethyl acetate layer, n-butanol and water layers of 4000g/L and n-butanol and water layer of 500g/L on Spodoptera litura and wat-er contact and stomach poison correction mortality reached 80%;The extract of Petroleu-m ether, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol(4000g/L);(3)The bacteriostasis rate ofextract of A. philoxeroides was blow 67%,no significant differences between the layers of phas-e processing(P>0.05).05);(4)The n-butanol extract of A. philoxeroides had the best bacteriosta-sis effect. All the bacteriostasis rates were above 80% with the dose of 4000g/L, with sign- ificant difference between the phase processing in each layer;(5)Difference was significan-t between each phase layers to Thanatephomscu eumeris, except the petroleum ether an-d water layer;(6)The bacteriostasis effect to Helminthosporium maydis of n-butanol extra-ct of A. philoxeroides were above 70%, except the n-butanol and water layer, there was n-o significant difference between other processing layers.(7)With the prolonging of treatm-ent time, the inhibitory rate of decline. Except the fusarium graminearum, the bacteriostas-is effect was positively correlated with the processing concentration. (8)All the process had a significance influence on bacteriostasis rate. The toxic activity results indicated tha-the n-butanol extract of A. philoxeroides had the best bacteriostasis effect.2、The Allelopathy of A.philoxeroides extracts on Microcystis sp.The experiment mainly used microcystis sp. and A. philoxeroides as materials, and by studying the effects of ethanol extracts of A. philoxeroides on the growth state of microcystis sp. to discuss the way to control microcystis sp..The results show that:(1)The ethanol extracts of A.philoxeroides significantly inhibited the growth of microcystis sp. significantly, reduced the number of microcystis sp. by 36.95% -95.14%,and reduced COD of microcystis sp. Solution significantly;(2) the ethanol extraction of A.philoxeroides significantly increased relative conductivity of microcystis sp.by 0.50% -29.19%, and its chlorophyll a presented a trend of promotion in low concentration (c<70g/L) and inhibition in high concentration(c>70g/L) content;(3) the allelopathic effects of different tissues of ethanol extracts of A.philoxeroides was different, and overground parts of A.philoxeroides had a stronger effect on microcystis sp..3-. The study of anaerobic fermentation of A.philoxeroidesTo discuss the impact of different proportions on Alternanthera philoxeroides and straw stalk, A. philoxeroides was used as material for anaerobic fermentation at 35 ℃ The results shows that (1)all the different treatments can produce biogas by anaerobic fermentation.(2) The treatment with the proportion of 1:3 of A. philoxeroides and straw stalk can produce the maximum biogas, but the treatments with a single raw material had no effect.(3) Hybrid anaerobic fermentation was more effective than the treatments with a single raw material.
