The Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl is a sulfonylurea herbicides which is widely used to control rice paddies broadleaf weeds. In recent years, research on the efficacy and weeding mechanism of the Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl reported more, however, the Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl residue behavior in rice paddies environment is less reported. This paper by Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl residue behavior in plants, field water and soil, and provide a basis to guide the rational use of the Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl and to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, The main findings are as follows: 1. Establishment of the Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl residue analysis methods in different Matrices samplesWater samples extracted with dichloromethane, Concentrated dry, Acetonitrile constant volume, By HPLC-of UV detection, Concentration in O.OOlmg/L-0.1mg/L within, the recoveries of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl were 77.19%-103.8%, Coefficient of variation between 0.88%-3.55%, The minimum detectable concentration was 0.01 mg/LSoil samples use mixed solution of dichloromethane/acetone(1:1, V/V) to mechanical oscillation extraction, Concentrated dry, Acetonitrile constant volume, by HPLC-of UV detection, Concentration in 0.05mg/kg-lmg/kg within, the recoveries of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl were 76.79%-82.86%, Coefficient of variation between 1.20%-2.06%, The minimum detectable concentration was 0.05mg/kg.Plant samples first use dichloromethane/acetone(1:1, V/V) to supersonic extraction, and then purify by C18 solid phase extraction column, with 2mL of acetonitrile/0.1% hydrochloric(2:8, V/V) dissolving into the column, with 3mL of acetonitrile/0.1% hydrochloric(8:2, V/V) eluting, Acetonitrile constant volume, By HPLC-of UV detection, Concentration in O.lmg/kg-lmg/kg within, the recoveries of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl were 76.17%-99.92%, Coefficient of variation between 1.82%-7.03%, the minimum detectable concentration was 0.1mg/kg, the method selected in full compliance with the technical specifications and requirements for pesticide residue analysis and detection. 2.Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl in the degradation of the dynamic in plan、water and soilResidual Dynamics of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl in water:In LuJiang Anhui:the results show that the dissipation kinetics of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl meet with the first-order kinetic process, the half-life was 5.96 days in 2012, the half-life was 5.52 days in 2013; In Wuhan Hubei:in 2012, the results show that the dissipation kinetics of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl meet with the first-order kinetic process, the half-life was 1.57 days, In 2013:The initial concentration of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl in field water was very low, the concentration decline to limit of quantity very fast; In ChongQing:in 2012, The initial concentration of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl in field water was low, the concentration decline to limit of quantity very fast, in 2013, the results show that the dissipation kinetics of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl meet with the first-order kinetic process, the half-life was 2.25 days.Residual Dynamics of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl in soil:both of the three palce, the residue quantity in the soil was less than limit of quantity;Residual Dynamics of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl in rice plant:in LuJiang Anhui and Wuhan Hubei, the initial concentration of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl in rice plant was very low, the concentration decline to limit of quantity very fast; In ChongQing:in 2012, The initial concentration of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl in rice plant was low, the concentration decline to limit of quantity very fast, in 2013, the results show that the dissipation kinetics of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl meet with the first-order kinetic process, the half-life was 5.91 days.From all above results:Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl can be rapid degradation, the residue compared to a short.
