This test is to genetically similar high starch FX01 cassava varieties and low starch cassava varieties SC124 as test materials, the different varieties of cassava root, stem and leaf in different growth period of physiological signs and the activity of sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) system of comparative analysis, and the cassava sucrose phosphate synthase and the relationship between root starch accumulation and related inquiry. The experimental results show that:(1) cassava SPS activity stimulates the conversion of use of soluble sugar, including high starch cassava varieties FX01 is better than low starch cassava varieties of south SC124. (2) cassava leaf SPS, stem, root SPS activity in carbon assimilate SPS to starch distribution has an important feedback regulation function, the radial FX01 root leaf SPS activity feedback effect is greater than SCI 24. (3) cassava SPS activity of leaf photosynthesis have promote role, affecting the synthesis of soluble sugar and distribution, thus affecting the starch accumulation synthetic rate.
