It was one of several important contents on grain production space pattern research that the township level criterion paddy production space pattern change in the county territory scope, but the food production patterns studies had focused primarily on the national, the provincial, city, and other large mesoscale. Then the villages and towns criterion grain production space pattern involved unusually. However, it was precisely because of the town and township, and micro-scale food production of the spatial and temporal evolution patterns and their space as well as characteristics of the revealed relatively low, as well as in the county food production space of accumulation mode and its causes mechanisms for integrated the results of the study less. It was very difficult that with the result that existing large-scale regional research results were applied in the micro-scale production of food decision-making and support.Jianli County was our country famous agriculture grain big county, this paper author took the mid-season rice as an object of study which occupies the dominant position in this county grain production, by an integrated remote sensing and exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) means and methods, respectively, from micro-level of the county and township and town on the scale of the Jianli district in the rice production patterns for the in-depth analysis. The result showed that, in Jianli County the rice production formalization characteristic was obvious, but the rice per unit area yield overall level was not high, only some526.3kilograms/Chinese acre; The rice production spatial agglomeration was strong, Maoshi, Futian, Hongchen, Yanfen, Wangqiao, Gongchang, Wangshi and Zhoujiazui and so on9villages and towns constituted in this county rice’s main production area, not only these villages and towns the mid-season rice planter scale was big, moreover linked up into a single stretch in the spatial distribution; The rice prolific zone mainly is located in Jianli County’s northeast part, the southeast majority of areas is the rice low-production area, moreover majority villages and towns (area) the rice per unit area yield is lower than average generally. In order to distinguish from the rice production pattern change master control factors in Jianli County, the author had conducted the research in the county territory criterion and the towns criterion separately by the gradation connection analytic method. Result demonstration:In the county territory criterion, the primary control factors affecting the rice integrated capacity in this county were irrigates&sown area, the cotton area as well as traditional and so on rice area natural environment factors; In villages and towns criterion, although majority of villages and towns rice production change also mainly by natural environment factor (for example rice area and so on) influence, but the master control factors in various villages and towns was changing, not to be inconsistent, in Zhuhe, Hongchen, Wangqiao, Chengji, Bianhe, Chiba, Gongchang, Maoshi as well as the Shangchewan and so on9villages and towns, mainly by the rice area influence, but Xinggou, Zhou Laozui, Dayuan, Qiban, Qiaoshi5villages and towns master control factors were the countryside electricity consumptions, Huangxiekou’s master control factor was the late-season rice area; Master control factors of Wangshi and the Futianshi was the cotton area. Moreover, no matter was in the county territory or the villages and towns criterion,’supports the agricultural production expense’to mid-season rice capacity pattern changes of effects were residing in last bit in Jianli County. Its interrelatedness also was much more lower than’country dweller even net income’, this indicated that although the country implemented a series of preferential agricultural policy by the stable grain production and the promotion grain yield enhancement in Jianli County, the existing each item supporting agriculture policy did not play a remarkable role in increase mid-season rice output.
