The fruit seedlings separation device of tomato harvester has the following problems: the processingand assembly of high precision, easy to plug. For it uses the eccentric block excitation institutions to driveseparation roller achieving the separation of processing tomato. This thesis used the hydraulic vibrationsystem to replace the eccentric block excitation institution, the PLC control circuit to control three waysolenoid directional valve commutating frequently to change the direction of flow into the hydraulic motor.Ultimately the separation roller was driven to do periodically reversing sports in order to achieve theeffective separation of the processing tomato. And this thesis used theoretical analysis and simulationanalysis of a combination of research methods; designed hydraulic vibration system of processing tomatofruit seedlings separation device; laid a theoretical foundation for the improvement of the fruit seedlingsseparation device for tomato harvester.By Analyzing the eccentric block processing tomato fruit seedlings separation device’s workingprinciple, structural features, motion, and existing problems; measuring and analyzing the processingtomato fruit weight, size and hardness, processing tomato stalk the maximum tensile force and otherparameters, the hydraulic vibration system design requirements are proposed. On this basis, designing thehydraulic vibration system, calculating the main parameters, selecting the system hydraulic components,drawing the diagram, checking the system, and the system is proved reasonable and reliable.Combining the requirements of hydraulic vibration system, selected the PLC to control the system,and designed the PLC core control circuit, selected the PLC and other electrical components, designed thecircuit I/O input and output addresses wiring diagram and control flow chart, wrote the PLC controlprogram in accordance with the requirements of the system work.According to the range of applications of AMESim simulation software, operating environment, andthe characteristics, established a simulation model of the hydraulic vibration system under the software’shydraulic system simulation environment, and set the hydraulic components in the system modelsimulation parameters. The simulation of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors’ pressure, flow and otherparameters are shown that when the control signal input frequency was1~5Hz and the system pressure wasmaintained stationary to12MPa, the results was in good agreement with the theoretical analysis and metthe design and job requirements.
