Agricultural mechanization has been achieved in most of region in China since the21stcentury, the consumption of ploughing accounted for50%-70%field operationenergyconsumption. Through the experimental study on the plough body force in theprocess of ploughing to guide energy conservation tillage, improving plough structure andthe performance of plow body to reduce the resistance of the soil is of great significance.Aiming at the plough body which is used in the southern of Xinjiang, study the stressdistribution in the soil, in the use of digital soil equipment bin of Tarim University to carryout body plough stress in the laboratory, the test condition is that moisture is16.5%-37.5%respectively, plow deeply10-30cm, speed under the condition of1to6km/h, with theorthogonal experiment design to test stress, make use of the MATLAB to analysis of thesignificance of factors in nine groups of test results; through the plow body surface stresstest, the deep is20cm and30cm, test out two group of plow body stress under differentspeed conditions, using the ANSYS software to analyze the plow body surface stressdistribution, put forward the method to improve plough structure, thus summarizes caneffectively improve plough body performance, to reduce the plough body runtime methodof resistance in the soil. Experimental indicates that:1.under the condition of experiment,the depth and speed has obvious effects of plow body force, soil humidity relatively smallereffect;2.in the measurement of the three forces, Fx and Fy does not always increase withthe increase of speed, but decrease then increase first, Fz will always increase with theincrease of velocity;3.In depth of20cm and30cm experiment, when the plow speed at6km, the plough body to minimum soil resistance change, for the cultivation of optimumspeed.4. Through MATLAB optimization resistance model, in plow velocity is6km/h, plow deeply on the premise of30cm, plough body structure parameters, respectively takebulldozing angle90,24cm soil angle of40and plough body height, its cultivation thanresistance optimization to achieve the optimal, analysis the highest resistance decreases24.4%, the lowest also decreased9.30%.In the above results, in the same depth, reasonablecontrol speed can effectively reduce the soil resistance, reduce the energy consumption ofplough, at the same time can be modified according to the stress of the plow body surfaceplow structure, thereby reducing the plough body surface pressure increase the plough bodyworking performance and efficiency.
