Forest management effect is an important means of measuring the rationality oftending thinning is measures, also has a great significance to further optimize the foresttending technology.Based on administration of Mulanweichang state-owned forestry farm about Larixprincipis-rupprechtii Mayr., we choose the sample area and control area in the forest as theresearch object of forest growth under different thinning intensity and analysis the diversityof understory plants, get the specific parameters of the forest growth under differentthinning intensity. According to the specific condition of the forestry farm of Kelegou,according to the analysis of forest growth under different intensity, we summarize theproblems existing in the process of its operation, and puts forward some countermeasuresto improve tending thinning, provides the reference value for later tending thinning work.The main results were as follows:(1)This theory is mainly tending measures in the process of forest management inChina, can improve forest healthy environment and the quality of the forest. The maintending measures have pervious to light cut, deforestation, thinning and growth of fourcategories, through the study of the different strength of forest thinning can improve therate of trees grow, also can improve the degree of diversity of herb layer vegetation.(2) Analysis the stand growth in the respectively8pieces of sample and2piece ofreference sample that keep the density of400,500,600,700plants/hm2, it is concluded thatthe kinds of the stand DBH, the breadth of crown, the height of tree, volume sizeincreased with the increase of intensity of tending presents the increasing trend,except forthe height of tree; Compared with contrast the volume growth rate is highest in retaindensity of500plants/hm2; The kinds of the stand volume fell compared to the referencesample, but the accumulation of its growth rate is obvious higher than that of referencesample, it increases with the increase of thinning intensity.(3) Important value and diversity index of the plants in the sample area under differentthinning intensity was calculated, with the increase of thinning intensity understory plantherb layer number, diversity index showed a trend of increasing, and the thinning intensityof500plants/hm2reached its maximum.(4) The forestry farm of Kelegou existence problems which caused by a lack of production investment, in the process of business management is not perfect, technicalspecification of forestry technical personnel shortage, unreasonable structure of forest andforest rights dispute highlight, it cause the homework construction of tending thinning isdifficult. In the future business we should vigorously popularize tending in the process ofrelated knowledge, increase investment in forestry tending to increase the number ofsample area, obtain more accurate tending effect analysis, provide the basis for theimplementation of tending about the forestry farm of Kelegou.
