In order to evaluate environment condition in afforestation project area with China and Germany cooperation, barren hills afforestation, water erosion area, wind erosion area, infertile mountainous area of4types of area as the research object, research on tree growth, biological diversity, changes of soil erosion and micro topography in different area for a long-term observation、survey and research. The results show that:Biological diversity variation trend of different types of area is same basically, with the passage of time, plant species increased, plant diversity increased significantly; The highest herb diversity index is infertile mountainous in four planting types,2.23, barren hills afforestation is lowest,0.95, The large size of the order is infertile mountainous area> wind erosion area> water erosion area> barren hills afforestation.The soil erosion strength of four types of area, the large size of the order in2013is wind erosion area> water erosion area> barren hills afforestation> infertile mountainous area. The biggest amplitude of change in sample monitoring benchmark height is wind erosion area, the smallest amplitude of change is infertile mountainous area. The amplitude of change of soil erosion strength of four types of area in the early are more acute than that in the late, stable gradually.The bare landscape area in four types of area is same,reduced gradually; Trees landscape area increased gradually, herbaceous area is also increased, the change of litter landscape area is small. In2013, the line transect ratio and rank of the tree landscape in four types of area is water erosion area (6.02%)> wind erosion area (5.10%)> infertile mountainous area (4.86%)> barren hills afforestation (2.64%). The line transect ratio and rank of the shrub landscape in four planting types is wind erosion area (16.42%)> water erosion area (8.50%)> infertile mountainous area (3.70%)> barren hills afforestation (3.42%). The line transect ratio and rank of the herbaceous landscape is barren hills afforestation (84.26%)> infertile mountainous area (68.10%)> wind erosion area (60.24%)> water erosion area (56.62%). The line transect ratio and rank of the litter landscape is infertile mountainous area (12.22%)、wind erosion area (12.22%)> water erosion area(11.74%)> barren hills afforestation (2.84%). The line transect ratio and rank of bare is water erosion area (17.12%)> infertile mountainous area (11.12%)> barren hills afforestation (6.84)> wind erosion area (6.02%).In2006-2013, the rank of growth of Wild Apricot is:infertile mountainous area (growth is48.11cm, rate of rise is75.03%), water erosion area (growth is28.88cm, rate of rise is36%)> barren hills afforestation (growth is17.82cm, rate of rise is27.28%)> wind erosion area (growth is17.50cm, rate of rise is26.60%); The rank of growth of Chinese Pine is:water erosion area (growed104.61cm, rate of rise is524.36%)> wind erosion area (growed78.74cm, rate of rise is424.70%)> barren hills afforestation (growed119.03cm, rate of rise is286.61%)> infertile mountainous area (growed66.85cm, rate of rise is182%).
