In the north, due to the seasons change significantly, the seasonal of vegetables production and thefrequently demand of vegetables for residents contradiction. In order to solve this contradiction, and nomatter in cold or hot season people can enjoy fresh vegetables, therefore, throughout the country, thelarge-scale solar greenhouse and plastic greenhouse construction, which were cultivated vegetables, flowers,nursery stock, etc.Large-scale vegetable greenhouses development not only can greatly enhance the ability of preventfloods and drought, but also the output of per unit area is1~2times higher than ordinary vegetables, andthe income increased2~4times. Not only ensure the vegetables supply timeliness, but also improves theeconomic benefit and social benefit. But, At present, most of the greenhouse operation is still the originalmanual labor, farmers labor strength, bad work environment, the high cost of artificial, cause highinvestment cost, reduced the production efficiency, poor quality of work, and many factors influenced therapid development of greenhouse vegetable production, therefore, develope a new type of greenhousemulti-function machine is extremely urgent.With the rapid development of domestic greenhouse scale, and the urgent need of multi-functiongreenhouse machine for farmer is more and more strongly, in this paper, a new type of greenhousemulti-function machine control system design methods was proposed, mainly from two aspects of hardwaredesign and software design. In the hardware design, the STC89C52single-chip microcomputer as thecontrol core, and the control system hardware circuit contains wireless transceiver module, motor drivermodule, display module, relay module, power module and other components of the circuit, and the motordrive module adopts L298N chip, and the nRF905chip is adopted in wireless transceiver modules toimprove the data transmission, the communication between each other were achieved with STC89C52single-chip computer. The system software part programs were created based on keil software using Clanguage programs, and the system software programs contains nRF905transceiver sending data program,receive data program and the motor module driver program, and simulation results with protues show thatthe software programs are correct. Finally, the hardware circuit was assembled, taking a certain machine fora case, and the control system of multi-function machine was tested. The results show that: the controlsystem has scalability, flexible structure and low cost characteristics, can reliably transmit a variety ofinstructions. At the same time, by changing the working parts of machines and tools to realize seeding,cultivated land, furrowing, fertilization, spraying, etc. The multi-functions of greenhouse machine wasrealized.
