Large-scale substitution of natural rubber under the background of natural vegetation, planting rubber on the regional ecosystem structure, function and ecological processes will certainly have some impact. In order to promote the sustainable development of the natural rubber industry, it is necessary to find out the current status of the ecological environment of soil nutrients rubber plantations, the biodiversity, the soil and water conservation functions.In this study, the data collected through the one hand, to fully grasp the situation and site environment utilization of natural resources in Hainan rubber planting area; hand by choosing a certain kind of representational conduct field surveys and positioning observation and natural secondary forest and Eucalyptus plantations comparison, on soil nutrients, gum forest biodiversity, soil and water conservation rubber plantation rubber plantation study analyzes the current situation of ecological environment quality rubber planting, put forward reasonable proposals to provide theoretical support for the sustainable development of the natural rubber industry.(1) Through research of historical data, field surveys and other means of sampling the ecological environments of South China Sea, Qionghai, Changzhen, Danzhou, and Guangbei, the investigation and analysis concluded the soil content of N, P, K of young rubber Park> aging rubber plantation> secondary> eucalyptus forest, which is mainly due to the rubber plantation forests are being influenced by human and the forests consume a great amount of fertilizer per year as they need fertilizer to be supplemented, so human factor causes the soil nutrients to be higher than the secondary.(2) Through surveys and comparing the aggregated average of soil nutrient content of different lands usages in different regions in Hainan Province. The use of soil in respect to the total amount of the content of organic matter, as well as the active organic matter is very clear, the results showed that:young rubber plantation> aging rubber plantation> secondary> eucalyptus forest.(3) The Investigation analysis, of the amount of various species on the four different forests of the five plots from high to low, is:the aging of rubber plantation> young rubber plantation> Natural secondary forest> eucalyptus forest, comparing to the other agricultural crops, rubber plantation has a prominent effect in maintaining Hainan’s biodiversity. Species dominance index and richness index is greater in humid climatic zone than in arid, semi-arid climate, while the diversity index and evenness index is the other way around. The cause for humid lands’biodiversity index being higher than the arid regions is because the water qualities of different climatic regions vary. And in different terrains, mountains have higher biodiversity index than the plains due to the interference caused by the relatively high frequency.(4) Investigation of the use of the four different lands of the five plots of forest soil erosion case outcome:the aging of rubber plantation> young rubber plantation> secondary> eucalyptus forest, indicating rubber plantation ecosystem conservation and water conservation have promoted the role and in a positive way.(5) Rubber plantation ecosystem has strong ability to maintain water and soil. Rubber plantation ecosystems in reducing soil erosion, improve soil and water conservation capacity than other artificial forest with more powerful features.(6) AHP results show that a good ecological environment of Hainan rubber planting overall quality. Rubber plantation was superior integrated ecological environment eucalyptus forest and rubber plantation with increasing age of the ecological environment and improved.In order to promote the sustainable development of the natural rubber industry, the need for more attention to rational planning of natural rubber plantation area, species and age structure optimization; using reasonable fertilization, soil improvement rubber plantation; cultivation rules strictly enforced while walking environmentally friendly eco-glue the park road.
