In this experiment, cut flower chrysanthemum’D3’as test materials spraying through shading and spraying ALA experiment to study the effects of shading on photosynthetic and physiology, and to discusse possible physiological mechanisms of the alleviatation of spraying ALA on the "D3" under shading. The main findings are as follows:1, The shade can significantly affected the vegetative growth of chrysanthemum, resulting in reduced plant height chrysanthemums, decreased diameter and fresh weight. The reater the shade,the greater the effect on chrysanthemum.2, Shade treatment reduced Pn and Gs, decreased the AQY、CE and Chla of chrysanthemum leaves, increased the Ci.The greater the degree of shade and time of shade, the greater the impact, but little effect on the content of chlorophyll b.3, Different levels of shading can produced different effects of chrysanthemums on antioxidant enzyme activity:the higher the degree of shading, the higher the POD activity and SOD activity of the chrysanthemum leaf; with the extension of time of shade, the POD and SOD activity chrysanthemum leaves was growing under the same shade treatment; while the CAT activity of chrysanthemum leaves was decreasing with the increase of shade degree and the extension of shade time.4, Different levels of shade had different effects on the osmoregulation substance contents of chrysanthemum leaves:With the increase in the degree of shading, MDA, proline, soluble protein content increased in chrysanthemum leaves; Under the same shade conditions, with the extension of time shade, MDA, proline, soluble protein content in the leaves of chrysanthemum was also increasing.5, ALA spraying can partly be alleviated the effects of shade on chrysanthemum. ALA spraying allowed daisy-shade plant height, stem diameter and fresh weight increase; increased in Pn, making Gs becomes larger, AQY and CE increases, Chla content increases; able to slow down the increased of POD activity and SOD activity, and the reduce of CAT activity; same time, be able to slow the content increase of MDA and proline...
