Objective: The key problem in Xinjiang,China of grazing livestock nutrition supply shortage andthe uneven impact of production performance, this research is mainly to urea, calcium oxide andsalt compound treatment effect on straw, straw nutrition value of treatment, improve thenutritional value and utilization efficiency of processing and utilization of modulation straw, feasibility study of composite chemical processing method, provide technical support for strawfodder processing and utilization.Method:This research is composed by three parts. Experiment1: optimization of complexchemical treatment adding quantity of wheat straw reagent. In order to study the effects ofcompound chemical treatments on wheat straw nutritive value, this test has carried on the analysisto the wheat straw nutrients by urea-calcium oxide and sodium chloride compound treatment, and Studying the gas production performance and on degradation rate.rumen in vitro gasproduction method of complex chemical treatment of wheat straw was In this experiment, urea, calcium oxide, sodium chloride were introduced in three levels, urea and calcium oxide are strawdry weight0%,2%and4%of the amount added, sodium chloride in wheat straw dry weight of0%,0.5%and1%added amount.Experiment2: The effects of composite chemical modulationtechnology for the treatment of maize and rape straws. The treatment group of optimal test in4%urea+2%calcium oxide and1%sodium chloride treatment group treatment of corn straw andrape stalks. By measuring the nutrition index of different straw and the difference betweendifferent digestibility of straw, comparison and analysis of complex chemical treatment on themodulation effect of different straw. Experiment3: the feeding experiment was conducted in sheepstraw complex chemical modulation processing corn experiment in optimization, determined byfeed intake, daily gain and efficiency of growth performance, to determine the effect of feedingurea-calcium hydroxide-sodium chloride composite processing corn stalk for sheep.Result:Experiment1: just the groups of add calcium oxide and sodium chloride without urea (B1,B2, B3, C1, C2, C3) appear moldy condition, each treatment group which added urea is good;crude protein (CP) complex chemical treatment group add urea was significantly higher than thatof without adding urea test group and control group(P<0.05), organic matter degradationrate(OMD) of compound chemical groups were significantly higher than that of control group andthe other groups(P<0.05). Analysis of the test results show that: in this experiment condition, using the straw dry weight of4%urea+2%calcium oxide and1%sodium chloride commontreatment of wheat straw composite chemical treatment method is most suitable. Experiment2:under the conditions of the experiment, the content CP of combination treatment group was higherthan that of the control group of corn stalk; corn straw raw control group NDF and ADF werehigher than that of NDF and ADF in treatment group of corn straw. organic matter degradationrate(OMD) of Corn stalk treated group was significantly higher than that of control group, compared with corn straw raw materials, improve the rate of15.87%. complex chemical treatmentrape rod group of CP content is higher than the raw materials group CP, reached6.66%; rape rodmaterial group of NDF were higher than the content of NDF treatment group rape stalks; ADFcontent of rape stalks material group ADF was higher than that treatment of rape rod. Coletreatment group OMD was significantly higher than the rape stalks material group, compared withthe rape stalks control group, OMD was improved by17.90%. Experiment3: in this experiment, compound chemical treatment of corn straw feed the sheep, intake increased, compound chemicaldaily group sheep weight increased20.79%compared with control group, the feed conversionefficiency is13.83%higher than the control group.Conclusion:Experiment1: In this experiment condition, using the straw dry weight of4%urea+2%calcium oxide and1%sodium chloride common treatment of wheat straw compositechemical treatment method is the most suitable. In Experiment2, composite chemical processingof corn straw and rape stalks can obviously improve the nutrients and organic matter degradationrate of straws. In Experiment3, composite chemical method processing of corn straw cansignificantly improve the growth performance of the sheep.
