Mycoplasma bovis is an important pathogen to our cattle industry. It is world wide infection disease caused by mycoplasma and serious harm to cattle industry in China, many respiratory and reproductive problems, such as cattle pathogen pneumonia, mastitis, arthritis, corneal conjunctivitis, ear infections, genital tract inflammation, miscarriage and infertility..Epidemiological survey of bovine mycoplasma pneumonia, integrated control methods was researched from a cattle farm of Shihezi in Xinjiang. It provide the basis for further control the disease.Pathogen were detected by clinical symptoms, clinical dissection, bacterial isolates in order to understand that interrelation of calf morbidity by age, seasonal incidence, surroundings(pens temperature, ventilation conditions, stocking density), colostrum feeding conditions and other factors, it can explain some cause about calf diseases on Mycoplasma pneumoniae in Shihezi. The disease was diagnosed by PCR Mycoplasma bovis disease. The use of azithromycin and doxycycline multi Qian, erythromycin, florfenicol, ofloxacin four groups of drugs each treatment course of15days each group45cases, The best treatment were Mengaai neomycin and multi Akane doxycycline, Followed erythromycin and florfenicol, ofloxacin is invalid. While using mycoplasma vaccine vaccinated against the disease. After immunization to prenatal cows, calf mortality rate much lower than previously.Strengthen the calf nutrition, providing adequate and timely supply of colostrum, and injection of sodium selenite-vitamin E, calcium drugs Vidin glue. Improved feeding and management, keep pens warm and dry, the air clean and disinfected regularly to improve the breeding environment to reduce disease incidence. Make Ozone air disinfect2times a day for calves pens disinfected to reduce the number of pathogens, pens in ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and other harmful gases, and reduce the incidence of the disease calf breeding. So improve the environment, reduce the number of pathogenic microorganisms in the air.
