Avian Pathogenic Escherichia coli(APEC) that caused avian colibacillosis is the main bacterialdisease in poultry. This test for83Hebei isolated strains analysis of the beta-lactamase genes, thevirulence gene and plasmid incompatibility group.The result of PCR showed that CTX, OXA, TEM, CMY and SHV positive rate of70%,25%,17%,6%and0%in69strains (83.1%) to produce beta-lactamase and there are28strains carried two ormore genes at the same time.Detection of83strains for Avian pathogenic Escherichia coli virulence gene result that thepositive rate from high to low is iroN (54,65.06%), iutA (51,61.45%), and the iss (37,44.58%), hlyT(28,33.73%), and ompT (9,10.84%); IroN, iutA of the positive rate no less than60%, That is the keyto APEC in Hebei. There are another17strains that tested existence of virulence gene, but symptomsthe septicema, and this is related to other virulence genes.With5groups of multiple PCR and3groups of single PCR analysis to plasmid incompatibility(IncFIA, IncFIB, IncFIC, IncHI1, IncHI2, IncI1, IncL/M, IncN, IncP, IncW, IncT, IncA/C, IncK,IncB/O, IncX, IncY, IncF, IncFII)of83strains of APEC. There are54strains (65.06%) that detectedthe existence of replicators, plasmid contained more belong to IncFIB (27.71%) and IncB (26.51%).Belong to1,2,3,4,5,6incompatibility group of combination were25.30%,20.48%,7.23%,20.48%,2.41%and1.21%.This study based on clinical experiment, study on APEC pathogenicity of Hebei and drugresistance gene for molecular epidemiological, in order to solve the problem of drug resistance ofAPEC.
