Popularization and cultivation of transgenic Bt cotton varieties Has significantsocial and economic benefits. New variety of transgenic Bt cotton that were Highinsect resistance, high-quality and high-yielding is currently the focus of the work. In thisstudy,14varieties of transgenic Bt cotton and control variety CCRI8as material,analyze comprehensively their performance of insect resistance, disease resistance, yield,quality, seed purity and other aspects, Screening new varieties of transgenic Bt cottonsuitable to participate in the cotton regional tests and preliminary explore anti-insectperformance rules of transgenic Bt cotton. The main results are as follows:1. Through selection for many generations, new line of transgenic Bt cotton withconsistent Phenotypes in the field, most of the positive rate of kanamycindetection in the field does not reach100%, the positive plants by kanamycindetection, Bt gene detection by PCR and Bt colloidal gold immunoassay teststrip detection, Most of the positive rate are100%, still exist lines did not reach100%; Protein expression of all14Bt transgenic cotton Bt are highexpression,but significant differences between different lines, Highest amount ofexpression is about twice the minimum amount, there are five lines of Bt proteinexpression above800ng/g in fresh weight;Bt protein expression in leaves aredifferent in different periods, Bt protein expression differences in differenttissues in the same period, amount of expression in leaves were higher than inboll and flowers, Bt protein expression levels of NDP7in leaves higher thanother strains in three periods, NDP14, Bt protein of NDP2and other lines inthree tissues is higher.2. Indoor identification results of New varieties show that Insect resistancedifferences in different varieties, High amount of Bt protein expression hasstrong insect resistance, Bt protein expression of the NDP7is highest, mortalityrate of Bollworm larvae reached100%;Screened out six Bt transgenic cottonvarieties of NDP7, NDP8and other varieties with good insect resistanceperformance 3. Using24pairs of core primers, SSR markers measured seed purity of14Bttransgenic cotton, The results showed that14Bt transgenic cotton is hybridcotton, all above85%4. Resistance identification results of Verticillium wilt display No highly resistant,two resistant, Most varieties are tolerant, NDP8is susceptible5. Data analysis results of Yield and the component factors show NDP8, NDP11,NDP6and NDP4performed well in production traits6. Cotton fiber quality of transgenic Bt cotton varieties were detected,the result shows that Only NDP6achieved good quality, all the indexes achievesstandard requirements of Common quality type, Comprehensive quality of Otherlines is better, achieved standards III7. Considering the14Bt transgenic cotton in all aspects of performance, Screenedout NDP2, NDP8, NDP11three new excellent performance varieties...
