Ziziphus. jujuba Mill.’Wuhexiaozao’is natural mutant of Ziziphus jujuba Mill.’Jinsixiaozao’,their branches,leaves,fowers,fruit are similar except seedless fruit. The pollination and fertilization processes of’Jinsixiaozao’and’Wuhexiaozao’lack study of system,there is no reserch in the inernal relationships of’Wuhexiaozao’group and ’Jinsixiaozao’group of internal relationships.To reveal the mechanism of embryo abortion and fruit stoneless of Chinese jujube(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.), the pollination and fertilization processes of two cultivars of Z. jujuba Mill.’Wuhexiaozao72’(stoneless) and ’Jinsixiaozao11’, were systematically examined by paraffin sectioning method.Using RAPD and ISSR molecular markers technology analysis’Wuhexiaozao’group and ’Jinsixiaozao’group, to reveal the genetic relationship and phylogeny of’Wuhexiaozao ’group and’Jinsixiaozao’group.The main research results are as follows:1.The pollination and fertilization processes of two cultivars of Z. jujuba Mill, with serious embryo abortion,’Wuhexiaozao72’(stoneless) and’Jinsixiaozao11’, were systematically examined by paraffin sectioning method. The results showed that the processes of pollination and fertilization of’Wuhexiaozao72’and’Jinsixiaozao11’are normal; In the same environmental condition, endosperm nucleus formation and disintegration of’Wuhexiaozao72’is later than’Jinsixiaozao11’.The seedless of fruit attributes to the early degradation of endosperm nucleus and young embryo (globular embryo). The pollination and fertilization have no effect on the development of the stone of Chinese jujube.2.The study choose the31RAPD primers in58samples for amplification, RAPD primers produced available285RAPD bands which179were polymorphism. The total percentage of polymorphism was62.81%.The value of GS(genetic similarity indexes) was estimated between0.69and0.97of58Chinese jujube accessions. The polygenetic tree of the genetic relationship was drawn by the value of GS and UPGMA method cluster analysis of RAPD.It showed that when the value of GS was0.85,58kinds of materials could be divided into six categories.the first categories is’Dongzao’;the second categories is’Xiaozao4’;The third is’Xiaozao89’;Fourth category is’Xiaozao73’;Fifth is ’Xiaozaol’;The sixth include40varieties of’Jinsixiaozao’group,’Wuhexiaozao’ group and ’Malianxiaozao’,’Langjiayuanzao’,’Malincui’,’Changmuzao’,’Yanshandawuhe’,’Dayewuhe’.3.The study choose the17ISSR primers in58samples for amplification, ISSR primers produced available235ISSR bands which140were polymorphism. The total percentage of polymorphism was59.57%.The value of GS(genetic similarity indexes) was estimated between0.74and0.99of58germplasm of Chinese jujube accessions. The polygenetic tree of the genetic relationship was drawn by the value of GS and UPGMA method cluster analysis of RAPD.It showed that when the value of GS was0.86,58kinds of materials could be divided into six categories. The first categories is’Dongzao’;the second categories is’Malianxiaozao’; The third is ’Dayewuhezao’; Fourth is ’Xiaozao81’ and ’Xiaozao39’;Fifth category is ’Wuhexiaozao72’;The sixth include42varieties of ’Jinsixiaozao’ group,6varieties of ’Wuhexiaozao’group and’Langjiayuanzao’,’Malincui’,’Changmuzao’,’Yanshandawuhe’.
