With the rapid development of human economic society, energy shortage and environmental pollution have become two major challenges facing the world today. Solar energy resources are rich, wild distribution, have broad prospects of development and utilization. Solar photovoltaic power generation as an important way of solar energy utilization has received widespread attention in the world. In the current technical conditions, the use of solar energy has two main aspects, one is the direct use of solar light energy, vegetable greenhouse of winter is the direct use of simple forms of heat energy from the sun’s light, two is the use of photovoltaic effect of semiconductor materials for power generation. This paper mainly discusses the use of solar energy utilization of combining these two.Vegetable greenhouse in winter is widely used vegetable planting technology has been in northern China, especially in Shandong area. Performance of building materials insulation build walls using clay hollow brick, etc, use plastic film as a material of light transmission, thermal insulation, moisturizing, wind resistance, and fully using the heat of winter solar radiation, in the cold winter weather and other harsh environment, in the enclosed space resulting of plastic greenhouse, to fully absorb the heat energy utilization of sunlight, to raise the temperature in the green house, and to prevent the outside of ice and snow, low temperature damage on vegetables, to provide a good environment for the growth of greenhouse vegetables plant.Using of photovoltaic effect of specific semiconductor materials, distributed photovoltaic power generation solar energy will be directly converted to DC electric energy, after the necessary conversion, as power supply for different requirements of the power load. According to the actual condition of power generation and solar wide scale system, you can configure the battery as energy storage, power supply balance, and the buffer of short-term load changes. Can also use the photovoltaic inverter convert DC power solar photovoltaic components issued to AC power, though the transformer to transform the voltage, connect the solar photovoltaic power generation system to the grid.The combination of vegetable greenhouse in winter and distributed photovoltaic power generation, the two kinds of widely used way of using solar energy, can make full use of the remaining space of vegetable greenhouse in winter area, ensure vegetable production, at the same time, use the external region of space solar greenhouse idle for power generation, thus more rational and efficient use of land, give full play to comprehensive benefits. This approach can give full play to the advantages of space, forming the more complete and more reasonable solar energy utilization scheme. This scheme in accordance with our country’s energy development strategy, in line with the Shandong province energy industry policy. As a vegetable production base using vegetable greenhouse in winter widely, this utilization mode has very large development space in Shandong province.
