Biogas project had a long history, the application of biogas slurry in agriculture had important significance, its rich nutrients can be used as fertilizer increase crop quality and can prevent and cure plant disease, had inhibition of pathogenic fungi, the inhibition mechanism and the prevention and cure effect in actual plant become the focus of attention. Inhibition effects of biogas slurry (BS)coming from21biogas projects and its sterilized filter on Fusarium axysporum f. sp. fragariae of strawberry were studied by the method of mycelia growth inhibition, expounds its efficacy factor. We collected biogas slurry from14biogas projects-. household and planting strawberry soil withlong-term application of cow muck water biogas slurry used methane-generating pit, on which spores bacteria was separated. We preliminary screened and rescreened using Fusarium axysporum f. sp. fragariae of strawberry. Phytophthora capsici.Pythium debaryanum Hesse.Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn as indicator fungus by the method of mycelia growth inhibition on flat,and we identified the strain by molecular biology. Prevention effects of biogas slurry from two kinds of fermented materials and irradiation sterilizated products and antagonism antibacterial on Strawberry Wilt Diseases were studied by the method of pot experiment. Set up different concentration gradient coniduim of Fusarium axysporum f.sp.fragariae of strawberry in two types of molecule detection of soil.The results showed:All of biogas slurry could inhibit mycelia growth of Fusarium axysporum f. sp. fragariae, and the running time and raw material of biogas project had no influence on inhibition effect on mycelia growth of biogas slurry. There was no notable difference about inhibition effect among varieties of biogas slurry coming from each biogas projects with different running time and raw materials, but storage stage of biogas slurry impact on strongly its inhibition effect. Sterilized filter obtained by micro-membrane filtering from BS lost its inhibition effecton mycelium growth of Fusarium axysporum f. sp. fragariae.. BS and its sterilized filter appeared inhibition effect on spore germination of Fusarium axysporum f. sp. fragariae.with different degree, and the inhibition effect of pig manure and its sterilized filter is better than that of cow manure. Significant difference of inhibition effect of biogas slurry on five phytopathogens of strawberry was observed and there is obvious target selection of biogas slurry to.Anti-microorganism existed in biogas slurry played an important role in inhibition effect on mycelia growth and disease control of plant., and so was a substantial factor.We got83strains spores bacteria from14biogas projects and household used methane-generating pit, including22strains for antagonism bacteria,1strain spores bacteria on the five types of pathogenic fungi have extremely strong resistance function,identified for Paenibacillus polymyxa by16SrDNA.Other4strains spores bacteria on the five types of pathogenic fungi had better resistance function,3strains identified for Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,l strain for Bacillus subtilis. The control effect of pig manure biogass slurry was better than cow manure biogass slurry, the control effect of irradiation sterilizated biogass slurry from two kinds of fermented materials was better than no-irradiation sterilizated biogass slurry. The prevention effects of the treatment applied Paenibacillus polymyxa and the treatment applied Paenibacillus polymyxa and pig manure biogass slurry were better.The testing line of coniduim of Fusarium axysporum f.sp.fragariae of strawberry in clay was conidium concentration of10/g.But the testing line of coniduim of Fusarium axysporum f.sp.fragariae of strawberry in sand soil was not conidium concentration of102/g.We will reduce the concentration of coniduim of Fusarium axysporum f.sp.fragariae of strawberry to find the testing line of sand.
