Abstract:This study, the rice varieties with different resistance to Nilaparvata lugens were chosen as experimental materials. The corresponding indexes were investigated in these rice varieties, which include population dynamic of Nilaparvata lugens, feeding behavior with electrical penetration graph (EPG) technology, growth, development and indoor life table of N. lugens, honeydew secretion composition analysis, and puts forward the corresponding varieties of the population life table and honeydew difference compared. The main results are as follows:Analysis on parameters of growth, development and life table of N. lugens on sixrice varietiesN. lugens growth development and life table parameters were analyzed on different rice varieties by one insect per single tube method. The results show that, N. lugens is suitable in high-susceptible group with shorter growth period, longer adult longevity, longer body length, larger oviposition amount, higher survival rate and higher hatchability, when compared with the high-resistance group. In the six rice varieties tested, net increment rate and intrinsic growth rate on the two is highest, and on Zhengzhunuo, the intrinsic growth rate is lowest. The double time of the brown planthopper feed on Qingliangyou916is shortest, while feed on Zhenzhunuo is longest double. Comparing with the comprehensive evaluation parameters of the life table, it is known that the Zhenzhunuo has a strongest resistance to the brown planthopper, and Qingliangyou916has a worst resistance to the brown planthopper. The intrinsic growth rates, average generation cycle, double time, week limit population growth rates are similar when feed on Huahui1and Qingliangyou916.lt is suggest that they are in the same level. The life table parameters of the brown planthopper shows that:the net increment rate, intrinsic growth rates, average generation cycle, double time, week limit population growth rate close are similar when the N. lugens feed on Minghui63and Huahui1. It has shown that the transgenosis rice varieties with Bt are in the lowst resistance level to the brown planthopper.Electrical penetration graph (EPG) research on feeding behavior of N. lugensThe feeding behavior of N. lugens were investigated by EPG, the results show that, the probe time and frequency by N. lugens in high-susceptible group is commonly, and it takes more long feeding time in phloem. The converse results were found in high-resistance group, which indicated that there may be resistance factors on the surface and/or in the body of rice varieties in high-resistance group. The chemical composition of the host plant body is also decided to worm and resistance to insect are the important factors of sex. Test results show that, the instcts in TN1and QingLiangyou916feed in phloem takes a long period of time, try this variety dads scoffing worm proof. And in the breed such as pearl waxy, feeding time is short, the group that with high rice variety surface or the body may impeding the resistance of the brown planthopper feeding factor.The situation of Honeydew Excretion of Brown planthopper in different varieties of rice production and honeydew composition analysisThe test results can be found, brown planthopper in six rice tillering stage secretion of dew analysis suggests that honey, in the5%significant level, the pearl on the honey brown planthopper waxy dew secretion and other species of the brown planthopper honey dew secretion also has significant difference for high performance. Turn Bt of rice varieties Huahui1and its patriarchal varieties Minghui63no significant differences. In the brown planthopper secretion honey determination of the characteristics of the dew, honey dew of soluble sugar concentration as insect resistance decreased sex. If this as the basis, can explain Huahui1insect resistance levels below on the Minghui63, and turn the variety of genes Bt against the brown planthopper level should be on Highly susceptible varieties.
