| This experiment was conducted in Sanping farm in Changji and Institute IntegratedTesting Ground Xinjiang agriculture academy of science to study effect of enlarge rowspacing and reserve seedlings face to face on yield and other characteristic of seed melon formechanization and enhance yield. its main result was as follows:1ã€The yield and quality of red seed melon with density5550/667㎡was highest, andyield was147.8ãŽ, and was significant difference.2ã€The influence of different density on yield of red seed melon was different, the controlof powdery mildew effect was better with density of5550plants/5550㎡, and the effect ofcontrol was87%above, the treatment of density of5550plants/5550㎡was no significantdifference with that of3700plants/667㎡. The best control of powdery mildew was to builtbest row spacing.3ã€The influence of different density on seed breakage rate of red seed melon wasdifferent, The seed breakage rate with treatment of the density of5550plants/667㎡infield was9%, and was not good at the main economic characteristic characters. The study ishelpful to use mechanization for culture of seed melon.4〠The model of cultivation techniques with “high-density〠early〠dwarf†formechanization was build up, The cultivar of seed melon was short growth period and stronggrowth, long density regulating range, and was greatly improved density to increaseproduction.
