The research on the reservoir ecological operation is a hotspot problem in the current river ecological restoration research. It has a important theoretical and guidance to alleviate the ecological problems caused by water conservancy and hydropower projects, river restoration and rehabilitation of degraded ecosystems and promote ecological protection measures new hydropower projects. In this paper, starting from the eco-hydrology, analysis of reservoir impact on flow regime of the river, sediment scheduling objectives, ecological flood scheduling objectives. Water scheduling objectives The main contents are as follows:(1) based on the reservoir inflow and outflow from1991to2011,range of variability approach (RVA) is applied to analyze the hydrologic regimes of Ankang Hydrological Station before and after the impoundment of Reservoirs. The result shows that:Human activities have a long impact on the hydrologic regime, the overall degree of hydrologic alteration was35.29%,it was belong to middle change.(2) From the perspective of the protection of fish resources, this paper presents the content of Ankang reservoir ecological operation. Ecological indicators of Hanjiang River Ankangschedule includes six partsof23indicators, by setting a target for each indicator forquantitative analysis.(3) Ecological water regulation is best to press the appropriate ecological flow dischargedrunoff; implement artificial peak in terms of ecological flood regulation, in order to meet thegrowing requirements of aquatic organisms; scheduling in terms of temperature, water temperature control in May at18.6-21.1℃, in june controlled at23.1-25.1℃;level fluctuation control, water level changes in the rate control0.011m/h-0.045m/h...
