In this research, the sequence of GW2, GS3, TGW6, GIF1,qGL3,qGW8、PT2in the R642(large-grain) and Niponbare (the genome were sequenced) were comparative analyzed. R257and R267were rice restorers with super-large grain,Capacity, yield,change of leaf area, dry matter accumulation and assimilates translocation of C815S/R257、Y58S/R257、 N118S/R257, C815S/R267、Y58S/R267、N118S/R267(hybrid rice combinations) were studied,. The agronomic characters and quality of Y58S/R257、C815S/R257、Shuang8S/R257、N118S/R257、Y58S/R267、C815S/R267、Shuang8S/R267、N118S/R267were studied. The results are as follows:1. GS3enhanced grain length and weight, GIF1help filling, qGW8increased grain width and weight, PT2increased grain length、width and weight, GW2、TGW6and qGL3have little contribution to the grain type in the restore R642.2. N118S/R267have the largest area of the upper3leaves. Its leaf area decreased slowly at late growth stages, resulting a larger photosynthesis area. The dry matter was accumulated more after heading. The capacity of C815S/R267、N118S/R267、 shuang8S/R257、shuang8S/R267were44.6%、42.7%、41.9%、41.7%more than the contrast. They have a large capacity and production potential, which meets the requirement of capacity in the fourth breeding goals of super rice.3. N118S/R267、shuang8S/R257and shuang8S/R267have longest growth period. The flag leaves were short, straight and wide. And the panicles were long. The number of productive tillers was moderate. The total grain number, actual grain number, and yield were larger than others, and the thousand-grain weight and grain density at panicle were higher than others. The plant height was short. The yield of N118S/R267、shuang8S/R257and shuang8S/R267were4.70%、7.37%、6.40%more than the contrast.The correlation between yield traits of the hybrid rice combinations was found.4. The Brown rice rate、Milled rice rate、Length-width radio of cultivar were higher than the contrast, The gel consistency and Amylose content were reached the national three level standard. Especially the gel consistency and Amylose content of Shuang8S/R257and Shuang8S/R267reached the Dedicated paddy rice noodles of hunan first evel standard, which could be used as raw material of rice noodles.The correlation between quality traits was found.
