Chitosan, polyvinyl alcohol and glycerol after treatment with different concentration of dry film, and then analyze its traits, On the other hand, as a biocontrol Bacillus induction test,and then through the experiment to find out the optimum concentration of different kinds of inorganic salts on the formation of biocontrol Bacillus. Finally, the front two trial found no poison, no pollution to the environment of the best film forming agent andbiocontrol Bacillus mixed, find out the biological seed coating agent, and the elongation at break, permeability,swelling, water soluble, abscission rate, germination rateand germination potential and other properties were tested and analysis. In order to provide theoretical basis for the development and application of a new type of biological seed coating agent. The main research results are as follows:1As the solute membrane agent solution (chitosan and polyvinyl alcohol) concentration is4%, add0.2g of glycerol, chitosan and polyvinyl alcohol ratio of1:3,1:4,1:5, outstanding performance to determine the film. In this three using chitosan and polyvinyl alcohol ratio of1:4is the best; chitosan and polyvinyl alcohol total quality:glycerol as20:1is the best. The fracture rate reached246%, permeability, swelling of4.2g212%, water soluble40%, and loss rate is0.100. Both the mass ratio of1:3,1:4,1:5, the difference is not significant.2Test of biocontrol Bacillus induced complex inorganic salt, induced the formation of biocontrol agent FZB42, X23and011spores, found that the NaCl concentration of3.42x10-3mol/L and the concentration of KH2PO4was0.735×10-3mol/L,which Spore production rate and spore concentration reaches its maximum. FZB42, X23and011spore forming rate were93.84%,87.20%,62.79%, spore concentrations were1.1×108/mL,0.87×108/mL,4.32×107/mL.MnSO4· H2O induced experimental biocontrol spore formation, induced the formation of biocontrol agent FZB42, X23and011spores, found that Mn2+concentration is7.7×10-3mol/L, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus rate reached the maximum concentration. FZB42, X23and011spore forming rate were94.41%,88.24%,69.14%, spore concentrations were1.08×108/mL,0.84×108/mL,4.48×107/mL. The same treatment conditions, the number of biocontrol bacillus arrangement and the bacteria is FZB42>X23>011.3The surrounding conditions, aftet biocontrol Bacillus FZB42,X23and011and film-forming agent film solution are mixed, the biocontrol could germinate(Chitosan: polyvinyl alcohol:glycerol ratio of4:16:l,chitosan and polyvinyl alcohol concentration and4%); Biocontrol Bacillus species had no effect on the film forming agent performance.4Film forming agent liquid coating seed, which germination rate, germination potential and germination index than the uncoated seeds, Yunyan87seed germination rate, germination potential and germination index of seed s higher than K326. Film forming agent solution1coated Yunyan87seed germination rate and germination index was the highest,the germination rate reached91.33%, the germinationindex reached21.22, film forming agent solution3coated Yunyan87seed germination rate is highest, reaching83.33%.
