In this study, the content of different aluminum forms and the relationship between soil acidity were investigated by using southern China acidic garden soil developed from different parent materials via the method of continuous grade extraction improved by Shao Zhongchen. The possible mechanism of transformation between different aluminum forms and the effects of acidic repair were revealed by different fertilization structure via Field experiment and laboratory analysis. The results were as follows:(1)The contents of the sum of six kinds of aluminum can be extracted forms (ΣA1) under garden soil derived from different parent materials reach to highly significant difference. Garden soil derived from quaternary red clay had the highest content of the toxic forms of aluminum. The aluminum in the garden soil derived from river sediment had a higher latent toxicity. Garden soil developed in slate efflorescence had the lowest content of ΣA1and soil total Al. The aluminum in the garden soil derived from granite efflorescence had a lower activity of aluminum.(2) The results of field plot experiment showed that soil exchangeable aluminum (Ex-Al) and soil pH was highly significant negative correlation, while hydroxy-aluminum (Hy-Al) and soil pH were a highly significant positive correlation. The negative correlation between the content of Ex-Al and soil exchangeable Ca2+and Mg2+, it shows that soil exchangeable Ca2+and Mg2+can be converted into a calcium magnesium carbonate precipitation while the soil pH increases. Iron oxide bound aluminum (DCB-A1) is the most active form of the low activity of aluminum, it can be transformed into each other with Ex-Al and Hy-Al, while interlayered alumimum(In-Al) can change into noncrystalline aluminosilicate (NcAl), thus reducing the activity of the soil aluminum.(3)The results of field plot experiment showed that the contents of various forms of aluminum had significant differences under acidic garden soil via different structures. NPK+CaO and NPK+MgO treatment can significantly reduce the content of Ex-Al, and significantly improve the content of Hy-Al. Or-Al proportion accounted SA1and Nc-Al proportion accounted SA1had no significant difference, the former is about38.9%, and the latter is about61.1%. NPKSR2treatment can significantly reduce the content of DCB-A1 and In-Al under Garden soil derived from quaternary red clay.(4) The results of field plot experiment showed that NPK+CaO treatment can significantly improve the content of CEC, ECEC and soil exchangeable Ca2+. Different fertilizer treatments can significantly improve the economic yield of vegetable crops, and the NPK+CaO treatment had the best effect, while the NPK+OM treatment had a poor yield. NPK, NPKSR1and NPKSR2treatment can slowly improved the economy yields of vegetable crop, appling the magnesium and other calcareous substances into soil we should scientific compute the amount.
