| The soil salinization has become a serious ecological environment problems and an important factor in limiting agricultural production. In this article, we can explore the influence on the soil physical and crop growth of acetyl glucose by the laboratory simulation and the field test. It can provide a basis theoretical for the saline soil improvement of in Shanxi province.The first part is the alkali stress laboratory simulation experiment. Wheat was chosen as the experimental material. When the seedlings length reaches 5cm, they were treated with salinities (60 mM) alkali-stress (NaHCO3:Na2CO3=1:1) that adding in different doses of acetyl glucose. After five days of treatment, physiological and ecological indexes were explored. To research the influence mechanism about the acetyl glucose on the wheat under salt and alkali stresses.The results showed that the alkali stress severely inhibited the growth of wheat seedlings. Its seedling height and root length was decreased by 28.5% and 80%. Its seedling growth photosynthesis and the membrane oxidation were improved by adding acetyl glucose. After adding acetyl glucose in culture liquid, its seeding height, dry weight, root length, root dry weight were 30.5%,13.4%,2.55 and 1.72 times higher than the control, its root to shoot ratio decreased by 64.6%. Its chlorophyll a and chlorophyll a/b increased 14.6% and 28.6% than the control, while the content of chlorophyll b than the control was decreased 11%. The contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein than the control were increased by 14.4% and 31.5%. Its relative conductivity, MDA content and plasma membrane of seedlings than the control were reduced by 29.3% and 29.1%. The superoxide dismutase and peroxidase activity than the control were increased by 54.9% and 21.6%.The second part is the saline alkali field experiment. The soda saline alkali soil in Shanyin and Huairen county Shanxi province were improved. The morphological indexes, physical and chemical properties were measured after adding different does of modified. Researching the mechanism that the influence about acetyl glucose to the saline alkali soil.The results showed that soil pH value decreased by 0.78, soil SAR, CO32- and HCO3- contents compared with the control group decreased by 62.5% and 47.6% after added saline alkali soil. Its soil organic matter and available potassium content were increased by 36.7% and 55.6% than the control. Its soil fertility was significantly improved. The seedling survival rate, plant height, stem diameter and chlorophyll of maize were increased 43.9%,29.4,16.3% and 9.8% cm than the control. Its ear length, ear weight, grain number per spike and grain weight were increased 4.6%,41.1%,49.9% and 29.9% than the control. The yield of maize was increased by 51.9% than the control. It can effectively improve saline alkali soil by adding 60 kg/mare acetyl glucose. It can achieve better results by adding acetyl glucose and cow dung. Therefore, the new saline alkali soil amendment acetyl glucose can effectively improve the Shanxi soda salt saline alkali soil. This study provides an important theoretical basis for the improvement of saline alkali soil in Shanxi province. |
