The Xinjiang autonomous region taked the residual film thickness to 0.01mm last year, compared to the past, remnant membrane recycling difficulty is greatly reduced, even so, the residual membrane in the soil volume is very large over the years, the residual film recovery problems still need to be solved. South Xinjiang area as an important part of farming region in Xinjiang Autonomous Region, its mechanization level is relatively backward, remnant membrane recycling to manually pick up mainly, and the land area is small, so the development of a specifically for small plots of land in southern area of residual film recovery machine has special significance. This paper studies the design of a combined operation machine for soil preparation and residual film recovery, introduces the structure and working principle. Design and research of the tool will greatly promote the remnant membrane recycling work in southern Xinjiang.This paper mainly has the following several aspects:(1) Introduces the development status of residual film recovery, expounds the significance of the study of such machinery; technical characteristics, various types of residual film recovery machine are the performance and its existing problems.(2) Introduces the development status of residual film recovery and the structure and working principle of its structure, expounds the significance of the study of such machinery; technical characteristics, various types of residual film recovery machine are the performance and its existing problems. Statement of the design requirements of the rotary blade, determine the overall structure of disc type separation device.(3) Analysis of the kinematics and dynamics of the rotary blade, the establishment of throwing soil model, and get the motion trajectory. Finally obtains the rotary soil throwing rate, to provide the necessary for separation of clay mask.(4) Through the SolidWorks Simulation finite element analysis of the rotary blade and the main frame, analysis and stress distribution of rotary blade and frame displacement; Kinematics simulation of rotary tillage knife, it is concluded that the trajectory figure, it can be more profound understanding of rotary cultivator in the working process of the soil conditions, test is carried out to study the separation system, then obtains the optimal combination experiment factors.
