In this study, three types of Xinjiang wild walnut seedlings(oval type, beak type,heart-shaped type) as the research object, system to study the change of storage substance during germination of wild walnut, and the dynamic changes of physiological indexes under the continued drought stress conditions. Preliminary Study the relationship between the storage material and seed germination. Selected the effective drought resistance physiological indicators. In order to provide a basis for future research of wild walnut superior strains cultivated. The main research results are as follows:1 The change of seed germination storage material(1) Xinjiang Wild Walnut seed after soaking 6 days, soluble sugar and soluble protein consumed larger. And they fall faster. The small amount of starch as the sugar supplement is also quickly decreased.(2) At about 12 days to 15 days, fat also began to degrade. It makes the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar continue to rise. So the content of fatty acids are also rising.(3) At the time of 18d-21 d, soluble sugar, soluble protein, starch showed a rapid increasing trend; fat, fatty acids, declining state of affairs.2 The effects of physiological indexes under drought stress(1) With prolonged drought stress, the content of relative water continued to decline first.After rehydration, the content began to upward. With the stress days increasing, membrane permeability rise first after dropping.(2) With the stress days increasing, the total chlorophyll content drop first. After rehydration, the content began to upward. With the stress days increasing, the soluble sugar content rise first. After rehydration, the content began to decline.(3) With the stress time increasing, the content of Pro and MDA rapid rise first. After rehydration, the content began to decline.(4) With the stress time increasing, the activity of CAT and POD rise first. When enzyme activity disappeared, the content began to decline. With the stress time increasing, the activity of SOD rise first. After rehydration, the content began to decline.The change magnitude of drought resistance is different in different types. The experimental resulted that the drought resistance were "Heart-shaped type" > "beak type" > "oval type". "Heart-shaped type" cell membrane stability is higher. And its drought resistance is stronger. "Beak type" has centered ability to regulate itself. "Oval type" has a weak osmotic adjustment ability.
