| In order to clarify the effects of soil microbial in karst peak cluster depression vegetation succession, plant community and soil environmental,we analyzed the diversity of soil microbial and the factors by using conventional the method of PCR-DGGE.This research in karst peak cluster depression(T), brush grass(S), secondary forest(SF), primeval forest(SF) four succession stage, each stage of succession choose four representative plant community types, trying to provide theoretical basis and reference for karst rocky desertification governance foundation.The main results were as follows:(1) Different stages of vegetation succession of soil bacteria and fungi community structure is different, the same stage of vegetation succession of different plant communities of soil bacteria and fungi community structure is different, the same plant community rhizosphere and non rhizosphere community structure of soil bacteria and fungi are different. Different stages of vegetation succession of soil bacteria and fungi similarity difference is bigger, similarity of soil fungi above bacteria.(2) Different stages of vegetation succession of plant community influence on soil bacteria community diversity is different, but the impact of the rhizosphere fungi community diversity have reached significant level.(3) Different stages of vegetation succession of plant community rhizosphere and non rhizosphere soil physical and chemical properties are different. Soil total nitrogen is the main soil factors,which significantly affect the shannon –wiene index of root and non rhizosphere soil and bacterial richness(S). Total potassium is the main soil factors,significantly affected root and non rhizosphere soil bacteria evenness(EH).(4) Soil p H extremely influences the fungi shannon- wiene index of root soil in the grassland. |
