Due to the jiangxi rare earth mine mining large area, caused disastrous ecological environment problems. Research over the past 2012 years in jiangxi rare earth tailings using broussonetia papyrifera, acacia and eucalyptus afforestation tree species, this research mainly from the perspective of underground ecological research three tree species of rare earth tailing soil microorganism quantity, soil nutrient and soil enzyme activity and the effect of benefit analysis of vegetation restoration, aimed at ganzhou’s tree species selection and application of rare earth abandoned mine ecological restoration provide data material and practice guidance. Main conclusions are as follows:1. Through the study of the vegetation restoration of jiangxi rare earth tailings soil, the soil nutrient was improved obviously. Different vegetation restoration of soil pH, organic matter, total N, alkaline hydrolysis N, total P, available P, available K compared to bare land have significantly increased, and decreased with increasing soil depth, and the rhizosphere effect of R/S value is greater than 1. Eucalyptus improving soil nutrient status is greater than the effect of broussonetia papyrifera and acacia, eucalyptus generally compared to other trees have significant difference.2. Soil microbial quantity in most bacteria, more than 80% of the total number of soil microorganisms, fungi, actinomycetes fewest accounts for only about 0.43%. Different vegetation restoration in soil bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes quantity of eucalyptus >broussonetia papyrifera locust > > bare land. Different vegetation restoration in the soil microbial quantity change trend is for as the soil layer deepen, three types of microbial quantity are tending to reduce, 0 to 20 cm rhizosphere soil layer is significantly higher than20-40 cm rhizosphere soil layer. Three species of rhizosphere effect value is greater than 1,three kinds of tree species with the increase of the depth of soil layer rhizosphere effect value decreases. Eucalyptus soil bacteria rhizosphere effect value maximum, broussonetia papyrifera soil fungi and actinomyces quantity of rhizosphere effect value maximum.3. Different restored vegetation soil enzyme activity compared to bare land have improved significantly, eucalyptus overall higher soil enzyme activity. Soil enzymes are three tree species decreases with the increase of soil depth, and three species of the rhizosphere effect of soil enzymes are greater than the comparison to bare land which is 1.4. Soil bacteria and pH, organic matter, total N, alkaline hydrolysis N, phosphatase, a significant positive correlation(p < 0.05), and available K a very significant positive correlation(p < 0.01); Fungi and pH, organic matter, total N, urease, phosphatase, a significant positive correlation(p < 0.05), and alkaline hydrolysis N, available K a very significant positive correlation(p < 0.01); Actinomycetes and pH, organic matter, total N,alkaline hydrolysis N, urease, phosphatase, a significant positive correlation(p < 0.05), andavailable K a very significant positive correlation(p < 0.01). Urease and pH, organic matter, total N, alkaline hydrolysis N a very significant positive correlation(p < 0.01), and available k a significant positive correlation(p < 0.05); Catalase and pH, organic matter into significant positive correlation(p < 0.05); Sucrase and organic matter, alkaline hydrolysis N, available K a significant positive correlation(p < 0.05), pH, total N and a very significant positive correlation(p < 0.01). This shows that the soil nutrient, soil microbial Numbers, soil enzymes are interacting, they influence each other together promote soil nutrient cycling.5. Principal component analysis was carried out on the three species of soil, the preliminary thought of eucalyptus is the best species of jiangxi rare earth tailings vegetation restoration.
