This paper is based on three years Phoebe bournei Seedlings as the research object, through the use of NPK compound fertilizer, utilized the German MINI-PAM as fluorescence measuring instrument to measure fluorescence parameters related to its change of Phoebe bournei seedlings, through dynamic monitoring the change of physiological indicators about the growth of Phoebe bournei seedlings, chlorophyll content, chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics, revealed the effects of different fertilization treatments on Phoebe bournei seedlings’s fluorescence characteristics and growth conditions. By seeking high yield and good quality of fertilizer consumption to provide the basic data for the cultivation of Phoebe bournei seedlings.(1) Different fertilizer treatment has a significant effect on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Phoebe bournei seedlings. In five major fertilization of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, the value of initial fluorescence Fo was between 264.67 and 639.33; the maximum fluorescence Fm was between 1320.33 and 2495; the maximum fluorescence ratio Fv/Fm was between 0.69 and 0.82; photochemical quantum yield Yield was in between 0.516 and 0.597; F0, Fm, Fv/Fm can be used as Phoebe bournei seedlings’s strength factor about different fertilizer treatments on bournei fluorescence parameters.In five treatment samples, sample three has highest photochemical capacity, sample one was the minimum.(2) There was a significant difference between chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and the total amount of chlorophyll. The measurement results show that in five samples, different fertilization treatment of Phoebe bournei seedlings’s value content of chlorophyll a was 4.59-6.93mg·g-1,the content of chlorophyll b was 2.40-3.Olmg·g-1, total chlorophyll was 6.78-9.97 mg·g-1. It showed that the total chlorophyll and chlorophyll a was in significant positive correlated, F0 and chlorophyll b was in significant negative correlated, Fm chlorophyll b was in significant positive correlated.(3) Different fertilizer treatment has a significant effect on growth of Phoebe bournei seedlings. Within a certain range, seedling height and ground diameter increased with the increase of fertilizer, but more than the range, seedling height and ground diameter dncreased with the increase of fertilizer. Different fertilizer treatments had greatest impact sample three’s height and diameter. Sample three had most organic matter content in leaves. It showed that N and FO was in significant negative correlated, N and Yield was in significant negative correlated, K and Yield was in significant negative correlated, Mg and FO was in significant negative correlated, Mg and Yield was in significant negative correlated.Seedling’s height and ground diameter was in significant positive correlated, Seedling’s height and Yield was in significant negative correlated, ground diameter and Yield was in significant negative correlated.
