With improvement of wood drying equipment technical level and wood drying system integration,the process of wood drying field coupling effect is more and more significant,the design and optimization of drying equipment is becoming more and more complex,urgent need for the introduction of advanced equipment of wood drying analysis,optimization and design method.In this paper,on the basis of theoretical analysis,based on the complexity of coupling action wood drying system,puts forward the numerical simulation technology combined with more field coupling analysis method;In order to improve the uniformity of indoor wind speed for the purpose of wood drying,were based on the stochastic finite element theory,install the guide plate Angle as an analysis of the simulation of the random disturbance,test and verify.Studying the characteristics of wood drying indoor air circulation,analyze the impact factors of wood drying,wood drying process was established moisture transport equation and heat conduction equation,uses the material method of determining the birch wood drying schedule.Drying chamber coupling model is established,the use of Fluent software simulation analysis was carried out on the wood drying chamber model,it is concluded that different import under the condition of wind speed,speed and temperature distribution in dry indoor cloud,thermal coupling.Considering there are many factors that can affect wood drying, proposed the random perturbation finite element theory and combining the mathematical statistical analysis method, install the guide plate angle as a random disturbance quantity,combined with the numerical simulation technology,developed dry indoor wind speed distribution of macro situation.Through experimental small wood drying chamber for monitoring wind speed at the inlet and outlet of the wood pile.The monitoring results show that the experimental data and numerical analysis,proved the accuracy of the simulation;Guide plate device can improve material pile of wind speed distribution uniformity,the reasonable design guide plate will become an effective way to improve the efficiency of drying.
