Plant height is one of the main limiting factors to obtain stable and high yield. Spikes per plant, grain number per spike and thousand grain weight are the main quantitative traits controlling wheat yields. QTLs on wheat yield-related traits were investigated by QTL mapping from 58 experiments during 1998 to 2014.287 QTLs related to wheat yield-related traits were screened for further analysis. Here we integrated 287 QTLs to the integrated linkage map obtained from KOMUGI website by BioMercator2.1 software and using meta-analysis function to estimate locations of mQTLs. On the basis of the information of mQTLs, SSR markers nearby were selected to analyze molecular marker genotype of 60 wheat varieties from Jiangsu province. Combined with the data of tested wheat cultivars, associated markers were screened in order to validate the results of mQTLs in the wheat variety population. The main results were listed as follows:1.29 meta-QTLs (mQTLs) were predicted by meta-analysis.5 mQTLs for plant height were found on chromosomes 2A,3B,4B,4D and 6A.6 mQTLs for spikes per plant were found on chromosomes 1B,3A,4B,5A,7B and 2 of them were on chromosomes 1B. Besides,7 mQTLs for grain number per spike were found on chromosomes 2D,3A,5D,7B, 7D and 2 mQTLs were found on chromosomes 3A and 5D.11 mQTLs for thousand grain weight were found on chromosomes 2A,2D,3B,4B,4D,5A,6A,7D and 2 of them were on chromosomes 2 A,2D and 3B.2. Of all markers corresponding to 29 mQTLs,6 markers were significantly related to plant height, including xpsp3033, xgwml21.2, xgwm484, xgwmll, xgwm182 and xbarc361.2; 4 markers were significantly related to spikes per plant, including xgwm299, xawm87, xbarc217 and xcfd255; 6 markers were significantly related to grain number per spike, including xgwm165b, xgwm369, xwmc335, xgpw2344, xwmc76 and xwmc150c; 4 markers were significantly related to thousand grain weight, including xgwm437, xwmc153, xgwm296 and xwmc476; 9 markers were significantly related to yield, including xgwm495, xgwm66, xwmc540a, xgwm112, xgwm186, xcfd89, xwmc418, xbarc204.1 and xcfd255.
