Research On The Effect Of High Temperature And High Humidity On Wheat Quality

Seed aging is a common phenomenon of seeds during storage,thewheat seeds under natural conditions,aging time is relatively long,the natural agingprocess accelerated method of seed aging can simulate the seeds in hightemperature,high humidity conditions,the changes of physiological and biochemicalproperties after the aging of seed.The quality and activity of different genotypes ofwheat seed treatment in this paper, mainly through the study of high humidity and hightemperature conditions,correlation analysis of various characteristics ofchange,summarize the rule of variety of wheat seed quality characteristics anddynamic characteristics in the process of seed aging; and field planting of highhumidity and high temperature treatment of wheat seed,analysis of the relationshipbetween the high temperature and high humidity treatment of seed and seedlingtraits,chlorophyll content and yield traits.The results indicated: moisture content ofseeds rose,wet gluten content,precipitation value and water absorption decreased, andprotein content was stable in the seeds along with high temperature, high humiditytreatment time;there are significantly difference of wheat seeds quality traits amongvarieties.Via correlation analysis,there are significantly negative correlationshipbetween seeds moisture content and protein content, wet gluten content,precipitationvalue and water absorption;there were high significantly positive correlationshipbetween wet gluten content, precipitation value,water absorption and protein content.Potential of germinating wheat seeds and the germination percentage and thetime of high temperature and high humidity was negatively correlated;The effect onthe seedling seedling characters of high temperature and high humidity there is anegative correlation between wheat seed,with the prolonging of treatment time,a variety of seedling characters appear decreasing trend;no effect on chlorophyllcontent of high temperature and high humidity of the wheat seed. Indicates that theinfluence on the yield traits of high temperature and high humidity of the wheat seed:the effective spike number of wheat and canopy height by high temperature and highhumidity affected the seed, a significant negative correlation,this shows that the earlyseed vigor of a number of plant height and panicle number, high temperature andhumidity resistance capacity of wheat seed on the thousand-grain weight,grainnumber per spike, grain weight per spike effect.
