The Control System Design For A Feeding Machine In Farms

With development of the pig industry, large-scale scientific pig raising becomes the key to achieve the leapfrog development of the pig industry of our country. In this paper, based on current situation of the pig feeding, we put forward the design of intelligent pig feeding system.This feeding system composes of breeding subsystem and control subsystem.The breeding subsystem mainly completes the functions of automatic operation,automatic positioning, and automatic feeding,wireless remote control and touch screen manual control operation. The control subsystem is mainly used for monitoring the breeding subsystem,displaying the running state of feeding machine, setting related parameters and manual control operation, and the remote computer can monitor the machine through wireless communication.The development of operate subsystem mainly includes the hardware and software design of feeding machine. The hardware of controller consists of S7-200 PLC module, wireless remote module, motor drive, photoelectric switch. The software of application program is designed by STEP7 Micro/WIN development environment. The control subsystem is composed of MCGS touch screen and computer that is used to monitor and display, set the control parameters, touch screen control, realize to monitor and control system.At present, the feeding system has been running and testing, the test results show that the system reaches the design requirements and meets the needs of users.
