Because of the improvement of people’s living standard, people needs more soybeans. Soybean is rich of protein and fat, high-yield, high-quality soybean breeding become a different task.In this study,taking one hundred-one lines in the populations from the offspring of the cross Jinda 52xJinda 57 as materials tested,by using of Excel, SPSS, Popgene, structure for their phenotypic traits, physiological and biochemical characters, SSR markers and drought resistance with correlation analysis and cluster analysis, etc..The research is about soybean yield and drought resistance and provides the theory for the breeding of good soybeans. The conclusions as follows:1.Related analysis of phenotypic traits in the populations offspring of the cross Jinda 52xJinda 57.Soybean yield related traits associated with soybean yield were significantly or extremely significantly correlated. Five principal component factors were carried out by Principal component analysis on the population, the factors were yield factor, pod factor, stem factor, grain weight factor. The 101 lines were divided into higher, middle and lower three groups by cluster analysis.2.Correlation analysis is about protein and fat to soybean yield, we should understand the process in the selecting varieties, according to selecting target, choose the high yield but low protein soybean, or choose a high protein but normal yield soybean. Determination of leaf area and chlorophyll content, it is concluded that the stronger photosynthesis, the greater yield.3.By germination tests with the seeds of 101 lines under the drought stress caused by PEG6000, using subordinate function to drought-resistant coefficient classify the 101 materials into different ranks,49 materials with drought resistance were identified in the population of the cross Jinda52xJinda57.4.By amplifiication of the population with 30 pairs of SSR primers,75 allelic variations were found, the average allelic variation is 2.5, it is proved that the group has a lot of variations.101 materials can be divided into five groups through genetic distance measurement.
