Theileria annulata for cattle is a protozoan disease which carrying the pathogen infection caused by the tick bites. The disease is characterized by high fever, anemia, hemorrhage, emaciation and superficial lymph node swelling, often make white blood cells proliferate are disordered deadly in cattle. Theileria annulata for cattle’s media is Hyalomma, which widely distributed in Xinjiang, caused by Tai’s babesiosis in common and multiple, and seriously harm to the sustainable development for industry cattle, is an parasitic disease emphasis on prevent and control. Therefore, in order to be good for parts of the Turpan ring area Toksun County cattle Taylor disease investigation to understand the implementation of prevention and control,this paper gave a regularity of Theileria annulata and Taylor media tick,clarify the epidemic situation of Taylor diease in zhe local ring.This paper was carried out some experiments on randomly collected from Lake Village Summer Toksun County township some ticks which through the microscope and cattle blood, found that the cattle tick speciesidentification Theileria annulata media tick is Hyalomma anatolicumanatolicum. Through the blood smear examination, a total of 104 blood samples in 53 found dot like or ring shaped body, according to Theileria annulata pathogen morphology can be diagnosed these worms is Theileria annulata for cattle namely, the positive rate was 51%. The infection of different ages and statistics Theileria annulata insect blood smear, results showed that 0 ~ 6 age of cattle on a Theileria annulata had the highest infection rate of insects, 71.4%, and Turpan reported inconsistent results(1~3 years old); the age of bovine red blood cell infection rates were calculated, found that the parasite carrying rate of not more than 5%. The infection statistics of 18 cattle farms blood smear, found out 2 cattle farms infection rate was 100%, there were 3 cattle farms infection rate was 0, there were 10 cattle farms infection rate of not less than 50%. This experiment is to find out the epidemic situation of Theileria annulata for cattle in Nan Hu Village Summer Toksun County Township, and can provide some reference for the comprehensive prevention and control of the disease when Theileria annulata for cattle.Theileria annulata for cattle Tams1 gene sequence published in Christine D in Oliveira, a pair of specific primers to extract the Theileria annulata insect pathogen DNA of Turpan Toksun County, 104 randomsamples of cattle head blood were detected by PCR, and compared with blood smear method in the area with the sensitivity and specificity of detection. The results showed that the detection rates of PCR(57.7%) was higher than that of blood smear(51%). The different ages of infection in cattle, PCR results showed that 1 ~ 2 years old cattle Theileria annulata is the highest infection rate was 72.7%, and the Turpan area reported results(1 ~ 3 years old). The cattlemen PCR method to detect the infection rate(56.1%)higher than the smear staining rate of infection(48.1%), PCR test method is blood smear method with strong specificity, high sensitivity. PCR method which is established for the early diagnosis of Toksun County Xia Xiang Nan Hu Village Theileria annulata was provided technical support for cattle; the test parameters more accurately showed that the infection status of Theileria annulata piroplasmosis, provide the basis for prevention of Theileria annulata in our district for cattle.
