Plastic Sheet-Covered Cultivation Technology was first applied and developed in Japan and the western developed countries, and then was introduced in China, at the beginning of the reform and opening up, this technology was used in large-scale areas in China, whether from land use area or the use of plastic film on the amount, our country have been ranked in the first in the world. Mulch in the soil will be completely decomposed about 100 years, which due to the characteristics of difficult to dissolve in soil, thus brings great obstacle to agricultural development and environment clean, and the mulch becomes one of the most serious pollutants in the farmland. At present, the only use of equipment recycling plastic film is an effective remedy, then the recycling machine with a rotating spring-tine residual film is designed in this paper, and concrete contents are as follows:1.Study on the physical properties of the residual filmThe distribution of residual plastic film in the field is of great significance for the design of the film components, and is the theoretical basis for the study of the pick-up parts. The tensile characteristics of plastic film and the suspension characteristic are the theoretical bases of studying the unloading film parts, cotton fields using the plastic film in Kuitun 125 th regiment are selected as the research object, and the relevant instruments are use to determine the distribution of the residual film, the film resistance force, levitation force and soil bulk density after using the plastic film.2. Overall design scheme of the rotating spring-tine machine for recycling residual film(1) The overall structure program of the machine is determined.(2)The main operating parameters are determined according to the practical operation demand, such as operating speed, net rate, film removal rate etc.3.Collecting components of the rotating spring-tine machine for recycling residual film are designed and analysized.(1) The cylinder pick-up film mechanism and the pick-up film tine are designed.(2) The pick- up fim tine movement theoretically and establish the equation are analyzed theoretically combining the actual situation.4.The film condition and principle of the forward film stripping part are analyzed, and the factors affecting the film removal rate are studied.5. Using Solid Works to model the main parts, the finite element analysis of the film parts is carried out by using simulation Solid Works module.6.The method of solving the problem is put forward according to the test in the machine.
