The current stabilizer change pressure during work process in order to achieve a stable flow, therefore, the quality of current stabilizer has a decisive impact on the entire micro-irrigation system and the internal flow channel structure determines the quality of a douche’s performance. Therefore, to master the theory and method of flow channel design is an urgent problem. This paper studied current stabilizers through combining the physical model tests and numerical simulation and has reached the following conclusions:(1) Conduct physical model tests on current stabilizers and obtain some measured data.(2) Analyze the results of physical model tests, and choose a reasonable value for elasticity coefficient K.(3) Conduct numerical simulation on current stabilizers by adopting three different turbulent models and utilizing UDF method. Finally, the numerical results and physical model tests are coincided, which indicated the mathematical model and numerical computation method established by this paper are correct.(4) Since the current stabilizers is the key to micro-irrigation systems, but theory and method of current stabilizers design are not well-founded in our country for now, this paper has made positive progress on current stabilizers design theory and internal structure by the method of numerical simulation.
