| The drought situations, the charactersitics and causes of drought, and the current research situations on the technologies of alleviating drought were analyzed in this study.Based on the analyzed result, 58 cultivars or lines of genotypic rice bred by our research team or introduced were used as plant materials to evaluate the drought traits. The relative value of yields per plant, the relative value of chlorophyll content and the D value were used as direct evaluating index, indirect evaluating index and comprehensive evaluating index, respectively. The result followed:1. From the direct evaluating method, the results showed that 11 rice materials showed strong-drought resistance, rice 26 materials showed middle-drought resistance, 21 materials showed drought-sensitive in 58 different genotypic rice.2. From the indirect evaluating method of the chlorophyll content of 1st leaves from the top, the results showed that 26 rice materials showed strong-drought resistance, 23 rice materials showed middle-drought resistance, 9 materials showed drought-sensitive, and from the indirect evaluating method of the chlorophyll content of 2nd leaves from the top,the results showed that 30 rice materials showed strong-drought resistance, 15 rice materials showed middle-drought resistance, 13 rice materials showed drought-sensitive in 58 different genotypic rice, and from the indirect evaluating method of the chlorophyll content of 3rd leaves from the top, the results showed that 23 rice materials showed strong-drought resistance, 23 materials showed middle-drought resistance, 12 materials showed drought-sensitive, in 58 different genotypic rice.3. From the D value for comprehensive evaluating method, the results showed that 10 rice materials showed strong-drought resistance, 29 rice materials showed middle-drought resistance, 19 rice materials showed drought-sensitive, in 58 different genotypic rice.Analyzing the the results of the three evaluating menthods, the intersection result showed that the rice germplasm R752, Ningjing 3 and Minghui 77 showed strong-drought resistance, and the rice germplasm 897 breeder seed,R801,Ningjing 1,Ningjing 2, HT05, IR64, Honghui11 showed middle-drought resistance, and the rice germplasm R60, R253, Zhongzao39, T461, 9311 showed drought-sensitive, in 58 different genotypic rice. |
