| Juglans mandshurica was one of the "three major hardwood forest", which was also a kind of precious forest plants in northeast. From the perspective of heredity Juglans mandshurica was the relic species in the third season and experienced the third glacial, which possessed high reseach value. Due to the time of development and utilization was very long, germplasm resources destruction was relatively serious, the distribution of existing population and the quantity decreased significantly. In this study,30 species of Juglans mandshurica genetic diversity samples were selected to conduct the genetic diversity reaseach in northeast region, which provided the theroretical basis for the resources protection. Drug screening was also conducted for the flavonoids in Juglans mandshurica in order to seek out natural products which possessed a kind of potiential drug-likeness. The main research were:1,20 pairs of polymorphism better SSR primer from Juglans mandshurica were respectively exploited through magnetic beads enrichment. The genetic diversity index of eight samples in different areas were analyzed. Na 3.1-7.05; Ne 2.333-3.999; I 0.958-1.465; Ho 0.617-0.83; He 0.528-0.697; F-0.471-0.04; Pa 0-0.45; CA 0.05-1.75.2, Using Maxent predicted the distribution model of Juglans mandshurica in different climate pressure, which could provide the theoretical reference for the division of protection zone. The establishment of protected areas should be achieved to 17% of the area in northeast region of China by 2020.3, Flavonoids of Juglans mandshurica was screened and reversed docking in order to find the right target. Through the kind of medical properties analysis to find a kind of medicinal molecules. It can be concluded that taxifolin might be a potential drug for the treatment of melanoma through the verification of positive docking. The ecological research and drug development of natural products of Juglans mandshurica could provide vital scientific guidance for the protection of the development and utilization of Juglans mandshurica. |
