Agriculture as one of the basic industries in our country,its development has the vital significance on the country’s stability and economic steady growth.The rapid development of the Internet of things technology brought new opportunity to the agricultural information construction,its characteristics of combining awareness, treatment, transmission in one set and its low cost, self-organizing wireless collecting network makes modern agriculture development towards intelligent.Therefore, research on the key technology of the Internet of things applied to the field of agriculture is of great significance.The article focused on the background of the intelligent agriculture we done some related researches on the agricultural Internet of things front-end collection network-the key technology of wireless sensor network.The main contents are as follows:(1)The paper compared several kinds of common wireless communication technology, based on that,we adopted ZigBee technology as the wireless sensor network communication technology, then briefly introduced the Z-stack protocol architecture.(2)Aiming at the problems of localization accuracy and energy consumption of DV-Hop localization algorithm in application,we proposed an improved localization algorithm for agricultural application demand.It used anchor nodes’ coordinates and hops between other nodes to calculate the average hop-size of unknown nodes, reducing the number of node broadcast in the network and energy consumption. Meanwhile,we introduced a modified anchor node selection scheme and weighted centroid localization in locating,achieving the precision required by the application, and reduce the amount of calculation.(3)We described the overall design of monitoring system,and briefly introduced the hardware modules of various nodes in the system.Then we finished the software designs and PC software designs of all nodes on the basis of research on Z-stack.(4)According to the existing laboratory equipment, network monitoring system of network,parameter collection, node communication packet loss rate and node location accuracy were tested.
