To estimate the effect of addition of suspended bagasse with Bacillus sp. on the culture environment and shrimp growth, water quality, the quantity of bacteria and shrimp growth index were detected.1. Effect of Addition of Bagasse with Bacillus sp. on Shrimp Growth and Environment in Litopenaeus vannamei Intensive CultureAdded bagasse and Bacillus sp. to Litopenaeus vannamei intensive culture tank, the treatment groups were control group(added Bacillus sp.), crushing bagasse group(added Bacillus sp. with crushing bagasse), crushing-steaming bagasse group(added Bacillus sp. with crushing-steaming bagasse) respectively. To estimate the effect of addition of bagasse with Bacillus sp. on the culture environment and shrimp growth, the level of total ammonia nitrogen (TAN), nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen, total amount of bacteria in the water and shrimp growth were detected. The result suggested that the TAN concentration in crushing bagasse group and crushing-steaming bagasse group were significantly lower than that in control group during the early stage of the culture(P<0.05). The addition of bagasse with Bacillus sp. was contribute to the formation of bio-floccules. The concentration of bio-floccules in crushing bagasse group and crushing-steaming bagasse group were 6.3-20mL/L and 8.3-30mL/L respectively, which were significantly higher than that in control group (2.7-8.3 mL/L) during the culture(P<0.05).The average weight of shrimp in crushing bagasse group and crushing-steaming bagasse group were 8.56±0.21g and 8.84±0.26g respectively, which were significantly bigger than that in control group (7.66±0.40g) when harvest(P<0.05).Therefore, the addition of crushing bagasse with Bacillus sp. played a positive role on improving the culture environment, which was beneficial to reduce the accumulation of TAN, to format the bio-floccules and to promote the growth of shrimp.2. The structure, parameters and actual effect of the generator of suspended flocculesTo produce bio-floccules directed and to regulate the quantity of Bacillus sp. in water, building the generator of suspended floccules. The appropriate additive amount of bagasse was 1 kg, the appropriate inflating volume was 9L/min, and the inner loop flow was 166L/min. Using the device in the tank, and adding brown sugar and ammonium chloride, the treatment group were control group, added Bacillus sp. group, added bagasse group, added bagasse with Bacillus sp. group respectively. To estimate the effect of device by detecting water quality and the quantity of bacteria. The result suggested that the quantity of Bacillus sp. in added bagasse group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05), and in added bagasse with Bacillus sp. group was significantly higher than added Bacillus sp. group during the early stage of the experiment. The reason may be that the bagasse provide substratum for Bacillus sp., and which was beneficial to their growth. The concentration of ammonia nitrogen of added bagasse group and added bagasse with Bacillus sp. group were significantly lower than that of control group during the early stage of the experiment (P<0.05),and the concentration of bio-floccules of added bagasse group and added bagasse with Bacillus sp. group were significantly high than that of control group and added Bacillus sp. group(P<0.05).Above results indicated that the addition of bagasse and Bacillus sp. to the generator of suspended floccules could promote the formation of bio-floccules effectively, and could maintain and increase the quantity of Bacillus sp. in water, and could reduce the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in water.3. Effect of Addition of Suspended Bagasse with Bacillus sp. on Shrimp Growth and Environment in Litopenaeus vannamei Culture TankThe generator of suspended floccules was used in Litopenaeus vannamei culture tank(the blank control group did not use), the treatment groups were blank control group, Bacillus sp. group, bagasse-cellulose degrading-bacteria group and together added group respectively. To estimate the effect of addition of suspended bagasse with Bacillus sp. on the culture environment and shrimp growth, water quality, the quantity of bacteria and shrimp growth index were determined. The experimental results showed that the addition of suspended bagasse with bacillus can promote the formation of biological floccules, effectively reduce the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen. The concentration of ammonia nitrogen of Bacillus sp. group, bagasse-cellulose degrading-bacteria group and together added group were significantly lower than that of blank control group during the early stage of the culture(P<0.05), and the nitrite concentration was significantly lower than blank control group in the later period (P< 0.05), while the amount of biological floccules were significantly higher than blank control group (P< 0.05). The addition of suspended bagasse with bacillus played a positive role on improving the culture environment, which could increase and maintain the quantity of beneficial bacteria, promote the growth of shrimp, enhance the production and reduce FCR. The quantity of Bacillus sp. of Bacillus sp. group, together added group were significantly higher than that of blank control group and bagasse-cellulose degrading-bacteria group(P<0.05).The vibrio number of Bacillus sp. group, bagasse-cellulose degrading-bacteria group and together added group were significantly lower than that of blank control group during the later stage of the culture(P<0.05),and the survival rate were significantly higher than blank control group(P<0.05),and FCR were significantly lower than the blank control group(P<0.05), the water change were 70% of blank control group.4. Effect of Addition of Suspended Bagasse with Bacillus sp. on Shrimp Growth and Environment in Litopenaeus vannamei High-place Culture PondAdded suspended bagasse and Bacillus sp. to Litopenaeus vannamei high-place culture pond. Set up two different density gradient(60000/mu and 160000/mu), the treatment groups were control group 6,added bagasse with Bacillus sp.6, control group 16, added bagasse with Bacillus sp.16 group. To estimate the effect of addition of suspended bagasse with Bacillus sp. on the culture environment and shrimp growth, water quality, the quantity of bacteria and shrimp growth index were detected.. The result suggested that the concentration of bio-floccules of added bagasse with Bacillus sp. groups were higher than that of control group, but each group maintained in low level, which indicated that the addition of suspended bagasse and Bacillus sp. could promote the formation of bio-floccules. The quantity of Bacillus sp. of added bagasse with Bacillus sp. groups were higher than that of corresponding control groups, while the quantity of vibrio during the latter stage of the culture were in contrast. The reason may be that the addition of suspended bagasse provide lots of substratum for Bacillus sp., which could increase the quantity of Bacillus sp. and inhibit harmful vibrio. The yield of added bagasse with Bacillus sp.6 group were 325kg/mu, which was higher than control group 6 by 100kg, and the survival rate was 59.58%, higher than control group 6 by 13.83%. The final yield of added bagasse with Bacillus sp.16 group were 381kg/mu, while that of control group 16 were 104.5kg/mu, just 27.42% of added bagasse with Bacillus sp.16 group.
