The Cabbage moth(Mamestra brassicae) is the main pest of agriculture, this paper studies the effect of the different host plants to the growth and development of the cabbage moth; Explore an artificial breeding technology indoor;and observe the behavior choice on the plant volatiles of cabbage leaves at the beginning of the cabbage moth larvae; Through 4-arm selective olfactomete,measured the activity of the plant volatiles to the cabbage moth adult; And test the efficacy of 7 pesticides to the cabbage moth larvae, the main research results and conclusions are as follows:1. Through the observe and record the growth and development of the cabbage moth feeding on different plants, found that feeding oakleaf goosefoot(Chenopodium glaucum Linn.) and cabbage(Brassica oleracea L.) can keep the best growth and development status, the tobacco restrain the cabbage moth population growth well.2. During exploring a breeding method indoor of the cabbage moth, found that with cabbage leaf powder and Oakleaf Goosefoot leaves powder as main material,the other formula is changeless, every generation of alternating feeding can proment the cabbage moth development, and the vitalityi is very good.3. The influence of the volatiles of cabbage on the cabbage moth larvae’s behavior show that without the host plants, salicylaldehyde, iso-eugenol, benzene acetaldehyde show repellent from the larvae in a significant. temptation effect between eugenol and trans- 2- hexene aldehyde is not significant. Under the host plants, temptation effect of iso-eugenol and benzene acetaldehyde is not significant,trans- 2- hexene aldehyde luring effect is remarkable, eugenol and salicylaldehyde have significantly induce effection. Plant volatiles in host plant contrast in the test group, eugenol and trans- 2- hexene aldehyde showed no significant effect of temptation, benzene acetaldehyde and salicylaldehyde tests at the beginning of plant volatiles to hatching larvae are remarkable flight from role, iso-eugenol contrast with the host plant, hatching larvae showed significantly flight from trend of plant volatiles.4. Under the test condition of 100 m L/min,the effect of test on the males cabbage moth in the order:Trans- 2- hexene aldehyde > iso-eugenol > salicylic acid methyl> benzene acetaldehyde > benzene formaldehyde> eugenol > benzene formaldehyde salicylaldehyde, the effect of female moth in the order: iso-eugenol >phenylglyoxylic acid > methyl eugenol > benzene formaldehyde> trans- 2- hexene aldehyde > salicylic aldehyde > benzyl alcohol,further analyze revealed that,the retention time of trans- 2- hexene aldehyde and methyl iso-eugenol, salicylic acid are more than 1000 s,and salicylic aldehyde, benzene, formaldehyde which have short stay time have the avoidance characterized to the cabbage moth. And each plant volatile hasthe different effect to the male and female cabbage moth. Form the times of choice, the eugenol was best. With the residence time and the times of choice, the effect of salicylic acid methyl ester is best. The influence of flow rate is that the slower rate,the longer stay time,the more times of choic and the better effect.Flow have no response to the trap rate of the cabbage moth; Sex guide the lure compounds such as core and methyl salicylate response rate is higher, cabbage moth between male and female insects to iso-eugenol and trans- 2- hexene aldehyde response rate is 100%, eugenol, benzaldehyde to test insect response rate is above 95%; From the point of trap rate, Sex sex lure core has better lure of cabbage moth to female insects(found in the process of the trapin the field,seduce female insect), salicylic acid, methyl iso-eugenol, trans- 2- hexene aldehyde,benzene formaldehyde of male luring effect is better than that of females, and eugenol for female to trap rate is higher than male; From the perspective of trap rate of the female, iso-eugenol > trans- 2- hexene aldehyde > eugenol > > salicylic acid methyl ester, benzene formaldehyde iso-eugenol trap rate is greater than the sex lure core trap rate, luring effect of male is: iso-eugenol > trans- 2- hexene aldehyde >salicylic acid methyl ester > > benzene formaldehyde eugenol. Overall, iso-eugenol and trans-2- hexene aldehyde luring effect is best, can serve as a further distribution effect and study of the target compounds.5. Test the toxicity of five insecticides against the cabbage moth by leaf dipping method. The results showed that, 7 insecticides all have good bioactivity. after 48 hours used the pestiscide, the LC50 of lambda-cyhalothrin, avermectin,indoxacarb,tebufenozid were 12.5136 、178.3792、82.7503 and 68.0103mg/L,the effect was in the order : lambda-cyhalothrin> tebufenozid> indoxacarb>avermectin.After disposed 60 hours, the LC50 of emamectin benzoate and lambda-cyhalothrin were 0.2036 and 7.1278mg/L. The result of 72 hours was: Try to worm has strong insecticidal activity of Jia Wei salt, chlorine, fluorine with ester, indene, fluorine organism urea and tripterygium wilfordii total base, its LC50 value were 0.1303mg/L, 3.9132 mg/L, 31.8929 mg/L, 55.140 mg/L and 633.1774 mg/L, Jia Wei salt the insecticidal activity of the best...
