Global soil as a huge carbon pool, is an important source of atmospheric CO2. It is estimated that global annual emissions of soil C content of up to 68 × 1015 g / a.Atmospheric CO2 is the important greenhouse gases which is causing global change. Therefore, the study of soil respiration to discuss global change and its impacts is of great importance.Soil respiration is a key link in the terrestrial carbon cycle and also is the main way to return the carbon to the atmosphere as CO2. It changes in response to environmental factors. It largely determines the feedback relationship between global climate change and the carbon cycle. As an important component of the global carbon cycle, soil respiration accounted for 60%-90% of the terrestrial ecosystem respiration which is a key regulator of the global carbon cycle and climate change. Its important role in the global carbon cycle has gradually been widespread concern. Exploring of environmental factors of soil respiration process and determining its effect on soil respiration rate, the study of the carbon cycle is important.Soil respiration includes two aspects, one organic soil respiration that plant root respiration, soil microbial respiration and soil respiration of animals. Second, mineral soil respiration ie non-biological processes(chemical oxidation of carbonaceous material). The traditional definition that soil organic respiration is very important. but recent studies have found that the role of inorganic soil respiration can not be underestimated.Arid soil of the world accounted for 40% of the world’s total land area, of which a large amount of inorganic carbon in soil carbon storage in the world, to ease the process of elevated atmospheric CO2 concentration has an important role in the global carbon cycle. So it will contribute in the process of increasingly significant. Our land is located in the Loess Plateau in arid and semi arid areas, rich in carbonates, inorganic carbon pool is the main form of carbon. The Loess Plateau of ourland is located in arid and semi arid areas which has rich carbonates. The inorganic carbon pool is the main form of carbon. In this paper, the typical loess soil samples of loess mining Honggu District of Lanzhou City zone as experimental subjects, to determine simulate different temperatures(-16 ℃,4 ℃,20 ℃,30 ℃), under different rainfall(0.0mm,2.5mm,5.0mm,15.0mm) and calcium carbonate content of the different conditions(14%,17%,20%,23%) the loess soil respiration rate and inorganic air, soil temperature and soil moisture. Using correlation analysis to explore changes of inorganic loess soil respiration rate and the relationship between inorganic loess soil respiration rate and factors air temperature, humidity and soil temperature, humidity,etc.. And the use of regression analysis of loess soil were established the linear and nonlinear prediction model under different temperatures and precipitation of calcium carbonate content and the different conditions of inorganic respiration. To investigate the role of providing a basis for global loess soil CO2 flux change. The main findings and conclusions are as follows.(1)In general, at the lower(-16 ℃) low temperature, the temperature is the main factor of affecting the loess soil inorganic breathing. Under(4 ℃, 20 ℃) temperature conditions, loess soil respiration inorganic were effected by the temperature and humidity. Under(30 ℃) temperature conditions, the main factors affecting soil inorganic breathing is the air humidity.(2) No rain in the control group, the loess soil respiration is combined effect by mineral soils, air temperature and humidity. Drizzle rain during respiration rate influenced by air humidity. After a rainfall, soil temperature and humidity combined effect of the subject. Under moderate conditions, rain and rain respiration rates were greatly influenced by soil temperature and air humidity. Under heavy rain, the rain of soil mineral soil respiration greatly influenced by temperature, humidity and airhumidity. After the rain, the respiration rate is affected by soil temperature greater role.Under the experimental conditions of temperature, rainfall is greater as moderate and heavy rains, the stronger the positive breathing, and a small amount of moisture(rain conditions), the loess soil more vulnerable to negative inorganic respiration rate, it is speculated that humidity on soil respiration may the key factor is negative.(3)Under 14% conditions, soil respiration and inorganic air temperature and soil temperature dependence are good. With an increase of 17% under the conditions of calcium carbonate, respiration rate and air temperature, humidity and soil temperature were significant correlations, while the calcium carbonate 20%, 23%, the inorganic soil respiration rate and air temperature, humidity and soil temperature and humidity were significant correlation. This shows that the higher the calcium content, the amount of inorganic soil respiration more susceptible to the combined effect of temperature and humidity. At the same time with increasing calcium carbonate content, respiration rate showed a decreasing trend, namely, the more the soil carbon dioxide absorbed during breathing, the more easily loess was "carbon sinks."...
