Along with our country "greenway boom", Nanjing made a bold attempt and exploration. This paper takes 3 different functional properties of the greenway in Nanjing as the object of study, through field research, searching the characteristics of plant communities, common community configuration mode, the characteristics of plant landscape and problems in Nanjing greenway. And on the basis of the Green Road plant landscape of the scenic beauty estimation results to construct the evaluation model of greenway plant landscape scenery. Finally, it gave optimization recommendations according to the existing problems in the landscape. The main conclusions are as follows:1. In the investigation of Nanjing greenway plant communities, this paper investigated the Zijin Mountain greenway, the Coastal greenway and the Ancient wall greenway, a total of 66.5 kilometers long and setting up a total of 53 sample plots. Based on the overall survey and sampling phase, this paper analysis the species composition, seasonal characteristics, plant type structure, Numerical characteristics and diversity of Nanjing greenway, and done comparative analysis of the three greenway. The results show that the Zijin mountain greenway was better than Ancient wall greenway which is better than Coastal greenway.2. Based on its regional position and community characteristics, 53 samples were divided into 4 types: Sparse forest and grassland communities, dense forest communities, waterfront Communities, road communities. 20 samples selected from the 53 samples, then using the SBE method, obtained the SBE scores of samples in each type. What’s more, through quantizing and decomposing the plant landscape quality factors, the effect of quantization and decomposition of plant landscape quality factors, established the greenway plant landscape evaluation model: SBE=-451.233+91.225×Seasonal plants and color+30.421×plant morphology+40.08×Plant health+100.26×community diversity+84.139×community coverage+88.935×community level sense+8.563×Landscape rhythm+11.752×landscape comparison of+44.625×degree of safety。3. This chapter analyzed the status of Nanjing greenway landscape, summarized the landscape features and design methods of the four community type; Giving a detailed analysis of the characteristics of plant community in each highest community, include drawing the plane graph, counting species information, analysising Landscape characteristics and configuration mode. At last, this paper summed up the mode of plant configuration of Nanjing green ways in each type.4. Finally, on the basis of above analysis results, this paper Summarized the plant landscape present situation, the characteristic and the insufficiencies of Nanjing Greenways. And, putting forward the corresponding proposals for optimization problems in order to provide reference for the future development of Nanjing greenway plant landscape.
