The DRIS diagnosis of pinus massoniana needles and the characteristics analysis of pinus massoniana seed orchard soil in Duyun Guizhou pinus massoniana seed orchard.According to the results of seed orchard fertilization scheme for orthogonal experimental design,the results showed that different fertilization had significant effect on the treatment of seed orchard yield.The study results were as follows:1、Based on the measurement and analysis of the content of nutrient elements including N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、B in the needles in the seed orchard of masson pine,establishing pinus massoniana DRIS nutrition diagnosis system.According to the degree of deviation from the optimum ratio of low yield group, the low yield group of pinus massoniana fertilizer sequence:The required fertilizer order in the low yield group of pinus massoniana is that Cu〉P〉Zn〉Mg〉Ca〉N〉K〉Fe.Among them,Cu and P in the extreme lack of state.For a large number of elements N, P, K,the ratio range of Pinus massoniana optimum elements needed for growth is N/P:3.6424-5.9176,K/N:0.59929-0.6294,K/P:2.7361-2.8186.2、To masson pine needles in the soluble sugar, soluble protein, total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium content measurement and analysis.In the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 5 have the greatest effect of the soluble sugar content;the treatment 14 have the greatest effect of the soluble protein content;while the treatment 7 have low impact on soluble sugar and soluble protein content;This shows that phosphate dosage can improve the content, but high phosphorus can inhibit the increase of the two measures instead.According to the mean comparison between 18 group fertilizer treatments,the treatment 8 have relatively high in all the time values of total nitrogen and total phosphorus content,the total nitrogen content of the treatment 11 an the total phosphorus content of the treatment 2 are low change the gradient.The suggests that the single fertilizer can’t satisfy the absorption of plantnutrition,the role of between elements is mutual, only together can make plant growth to achieve better effect.In terms of total potassium content in masson pine needles, the highest content of the treatment 10, the treatment 15 is opposite, the treatment 4 just have the low content, thus, phosphatic fertilizer absorption of plants is low, less affected.3、Take the flower number of survey to pinus massoniana flowering stage in the middle of march.The different treatment of Pinus massoniana reproductive branches number is above 90%,but the quantity have obvious difference,the treatment 9have the maximum number of flower quantity.For seed orchard,The female cone number is more advantageous to the production of seed,the treatment 7and the treatment 9 have the highest number of female cone,by their fertilizer content and bpoor female cone closest to the analysis it is concluded that the optimal solution.It is observed that nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer on the flower bud differentiation,reproductive branch development is very important, While potash fertilizer has certain influence on the female cone.4、In pinus massoniana seed orchard management,improve the seed production is the main purpose.The treatment 17 have the highest number of masson pine cone yield and seed yield, and its range analysis of optimal solution is consistent.Seed yield of every treatments cones were reached more than 60%, the highest is96.92%, the fertilizer combination for treatment 9.The quality of the 1000-seed weight tend to represent the seeds,the treatment 12 is the best results.
