In 2013 and 2014, Experimental research for the impact of simulative warming and adding nitrogen to alpine meadow grassland under field conditions conducted at Qinghai University and Qinghua University Sanjiangyuan region environment monitoring station. Under the factor of simulated global warming, researching the influence of simulated temperature and adding nitrogen to productivity of alpine meadow community and soil nutrient content. To explore the alpine meadow soil carbon and nitrogen response mechanism of simulated warm and nitrogen added. The experiment concluded that: 1) the plants’ height, coverage, forage biomass in the treatment of warming was higher than CK,(A) warming and ammonium nitrogen treatment is the best in warming and nitrogen interactions, and significantly higher than(F) warming and(M) control treatment(P<0.05),(F) and(H) ammonium nitrogen treatment also higher than control. 2) Soil temperature of 0-15 and 15-30 cm are(F) warming>(A) warming and ammonium nitrogen>(H)ammonium nitrogen>(M)control treatment, soil moisture of(A)warm and ammonium nitrogen is the highest, and the highest soil temperature and moisture appear in July. 3) 2014 and 2013, soil total nitrogen content of 0-15 cm and 15-30 cm(A) warming and ammonium nitrogen group is significantly higher than(M) control(P<0.05),total phosphorus content in 2014 and 2013 are the highest at(L)nitrate nitrogen. total potassium content is the highest at(F) warming treatment. Its content decreased with the soil depth. The conclusion of available nitrogen and phosphorus are the same as total nitrogen and phosphorus, available potassium for(L) under nitrate nitrogen treatment is the highest.Soil ammonium nitrogen content in 2014 and 2013 of 0-15 and 15-30 cm at(A)warming and ammonium nitrogen treatment is obviously higher than(F) warming and(M) control,0-15 cm in 2014 and 2013(B) warming and ammonium nitrogen(ammonium nitrogen: nitrate nitrogen=70:30)treatment significantly higher than(M) control(P<0.05), while 15-30 cm soil in 2014 of L nitrate nitrogen treatment is significantly higher than(F) warming and(M) control group(P<0.05).Warming makes the soil organic substance at(A) warming and ammonium nitrogen increased obviously, and in 2014 and 2013 years the organic matter content decreased with the soil deepen,2014 and 2013, 0-15 and 15-30 cm soil organic carbon content in(A) warming and ammonium nitrogen treatment is significantly higher than(M)control(P<0.05). 4)0-15 cm and 15-30 cm soil C/N ratio(A) warming and ammonium nitrogen treatment are the highest, The difference are not obvious among the treatments(P>0.05).In general,(A) warming and ammonium nitrogen treatment is more beneficial to plants’ growth and the increase of soil nutrient elements.
