Root rot is a serious soil borne disease of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Taking With root rot of Salvia miltiorrhiza that from langkou town Chinese herbal medicine planting base in Chiping Connty Liaocheng city as material, Isolated three species of bacteria from the infected roots, respectively DS-1, DS-2, DS-3. With the molecular biology identification and Phylogenetic tree to the DS-1, identified was Fusarium solani. In the same place, of Salvia miltiorrhiza root soil as the experimental object, used gradient dilution method and dual culture method, discovered 10 strains beneficial microorganisms which have better inhibitory biocontrol agents to root rot by screening. And through the determination of reduplicative screening and its antibacterial spectrum, isolated 2 bacteriostatic strains: 2-1 and 9-2.With the morphology and molecular biology identification, 2-1 and 9-2 were Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. then, fermentation and extraction of antibacterial different substances from antibacterial substance which were made by Bacillus subtilis 2-1, and compare the bacteriostatic effect of them, determine the efficiency of these different antibacterial substance. It was found that the main antibacterial effect was lipopeptide, and the effect of protein substances was weak. With algae residue who has many advantages as carrier, used Bacillus subtilis as strain. Then put bacteria in seaweed broth and mix residue by physical means and choose the best ratio, developed into both nutritional and cell biological control agents function, And measured the number of viable cells, moisture content, pH value and expiration date for agents, found that, The index data were consistent with the basic indicators of agricultural products, technical indicators microbial agents and conducted field experiments to test. Resulted that the biocontrol effect and yield increasing effect were obvious.
