Preliminary Study On Allelopathic Effects Of Hulless Barley For Rape

Hulless barley is the major food crops one year a ripe in northwest arid region, mainly grown in past of Tibet,Qinghai,Gansu and Sichuan,with drought resisting, cold resistance and short growth cycle quality.rape grown in each period of hulless barley and species of weeds of the dominant field in Qinghai region.Affect the growth of the production of hulless barley, hulless barley production and lead to lower quality.At present, rice and wheat and some other cereal crops allelochemicals already undertaken and achieved good results, but there is no exact hulless barley allelochemicals reported.Therefore, use of the allelopathic hulless barley varieties defense capabilities to reduce the incidence of weeds has far-reaching research value.The main work and results od this study are as follows:1.Choosing 66 kinds of hulless barley what come from seeds a duplicate library Qinghai province as donors, the rape as receptor.indoors Germination experiment tested the seeds and found 66 hulless barley varieties for the rape of allelopathy differences.the results Huzhulansileng, Hualongzisileng, Yangsungabu, Datongzisileng,Huangzhongziqingke,Hualongwalanqingke,Xininghongjiaoni,Hongq ingke,Lanqingke,Huzhubailangsan have strong allelopathic effects.2.By means of hulless barley straw decomposing liquid method, simultaneous-seeding cultivation,greenhouse planting potted.tested different hulless barley varieties to weed the rape of allelopathic effects.The results showed that different biological test method to evaluate the allelopathic effects of hulless barley varieties have some differences.But through cluster analysis showed the 28 varieties of hulless barley mutual blue strongest allelopathy.3.Root length, shoot length, fresh weight, dry weight as an analytical indicator in this study.Cluster analysis, screening hulless barley varieties for the rape of allelopathic effects with strong resistance.The experimental data into RI values. analysis found Huzhulansileng,Hongqingke,Hualongzaqingke has a strong allelopathic effects.4.Root length RI value, best reflects the different hulless barley varieties allelopathic effects on small rape, Cluster analysis method combined effect of hulless barley allelopathic truly reflect more fully.5.The physiological and biochemical indices of the rape plant has a more significant effect when the allelopathic distance is 5-7cm.
